Excellent! We've been bringing our dogs and cats to the Veteros clinic for years. The service has always been great. Our doctors were Jesus and Yolanda, both very nice and professional. A big plus of this clinic is that they don't try to extort money from clients by requesting unnecessary tests or keeping the animal overnight for examinations. Unfortunately, we had a similar experience at another clinic, where our ferret had to suffer unnecessary for two months, not even mentioning the bills for that
Yolanda es quien ha llevado mis 4 gatos desde que los tengo, ha estado conmigo en la perdida de uno de ellos y la verdad es que se lo agradezco mucho, ha sido muy paciente con una chica tan nerviosa como yo , que se preocupa con solo ver algo raro en sus gatos. Para mí es la mejor y agradezco mucho el trabajo y el esfuerzo que hace incluso en estos meses que no ha tenido compañero y ha sacado la faena ella sola, no solo es una gran veterinaria si no también una muy bella persona.
Came to get my dogs worming treatment to enter England and the vet administered the wrong medication and we got refused on the Eurotunnel.
As it was a Saturday night had to wait until Monday to go to another vets and then go to England the following day. Her mistake cost me €600 on hotels, taxis, and another pet transfer ticket to cross the channel with Le Pet Express. Not to mention also 4 days wasted stranded in Calais and missing my mums birthday which is the reason we were traveling back. Unforgivable.
Desde hace muchísimos años mi madre siempre a llevado los animales allí y yo también. Decir que siempre que a habido un problema con algún animal, siempre han dado con el problema y la cura. Para mi es mi sitio de confianza. Por los trabajadores que algunos siguen allí después de tantos años. Lo recomiendo 100%
Si eres de la zona y quieres ayudar a tu mascota os recomiendo el hospital veterinario de Montjuic. Primero acudí a Veteros por una urgencia y me tuvieron que derivar ellos mismos a otro veterinario. No tienen ni idea llevé a mi perrita porque no sabía que le pasaba y ellos menos. El diagnóstico me lo dieron en el hospital veterinario de Montjuic, no perdáis el tiempo ni el dinero en este sitio.
A Veteros van derivar la nostra gossa, Quima, a l’Hospital Veterinari Montjuïc donada la gravetat del cas, això ho puc entendre perfectament i el tracte a l’hospital veterinari va ser molt bo i molt humà fins a la seva mort. Em costa d’entendre que a Veteros després d’atendre-la durant catorze anys no tinguessin el detall de preguntar si era viva o morta (ha mort dos mesos més tard del que ells pensaven).
