Tyrese and Xavier were wonderful—very skilled, friendly, and professional. They worked quickly and carefully and assembled our furniture. Veterans Move Florida gave us a great deal; their pricing was very reasonable, and the entire team was easy to work with. We were especially impressed that they even worked over Thanksgiving and showed up exactly when they promised the next day. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service, inability to help their customers after making mistakes and not listening to a customer. Charged a card I used for deposit after specifically telling them not to use it for final payment never contacted me to tell me that they were going to charge it nor were they able to resolve the issue when I contacted them. Not a professional company whatsoever. Uses subcontractors, and not internal employees.

We spoke to the customer directly and during that discussion, the customer stated that he would remove this review in exchange for financial compensation. While we strive to resolve all concerns fairly, we do not provide payments in exchange for review removal.
We always welcome fair and honest feedback. However, this review does not reflect the service that was provided. The customer expressed satisfaction with the move, praised our crew, and voluntarily tipped our staff.
We stand by our transparency, professionalism, and the trust that our residential, commercial, and repeat customers place in us across Florida. We will continue to serve with integrity.

A friend of mine referred this company after she had a great experience, and now I totally see why. The team came fully prepared with everything they needed—wraps, dollies, blankets, tape—you name it. They did a walkthrough with me, explained their plan, and then got to work like clockwork. Everything was wrapped and packed with precision, and the way they loaded the truck was like a real-life game of Tetris—zero wasted space. They labeled boxes clearly and made sure to load my fragile items in smart spots. Once we got to the new place, they carefully unloaded everything and even helped reassemble a few larger items. Moving is usually such a headache, but they made it feel effortless. Truly top-tier service.
1. They were 1 hour late with no explanation.
2. At the destination, they damaged an outside item. One member of the crew stated it was hit with furniture while moving into the home. They did not bring this to my attention. I had to find it and confront them about it. Spoke with Kelvin at Veterans Moving and he stated he will have someone swing by Home Depot today, get the part and install it. It is now 2 weeks later and they did not show up to fix it or contact me about it.
3. One crew member out of three didn't work very hard. When walking to the truck which was being loaded, he was empty handed several times.
4. I saw the lead crew member wheel a $3k table to the truck and hit the walls of the storage facility several times. They did not wrap this or have it protected any way. I spoke up and asked him to be careful because that is an expensive table. He just glared back at me.
5. Every piece of furniture that had drawers were tipped upside down, thus every drawer was jammed when trying to open. This included clothing and other small items. When another company moved the furniture prior, they kept everything right side up. When tipping the furniture, you could hear the items fall but they continued to do it.
6. When the move was completed they tried to get me to pay for their 1 hour travel time to the starting place. Kelvin stated they told me, I was informed of this multiple times during a recorded phone call. I said go ahead and listen to the recorded line because I was not informed of this additional cost. Kelvin came back to the phone quickly as there was no way he listened to the recorded call before coming back to me on the phone. Still after this he couldn't count the number of hours they worked properly. He said he has a timer and it says x number of hours which was totally wrong. They still were trying for me to pay them for 1 hour more than they worked. On the quote from Hire A Helper it even states that the time doesn't start until they arrive on the jobsite.

We spoke with Anette directly about this. Her move was completed in less than two and a half hours, but the experience didn’t meet our usual high standards. Because this was a relatively short 1–2 hour job, we assigned a team that newly completed their training. That decision is on us, and the service fell short of what we expect.
This was an exception— and not our standard practice the overwhelming majority of our reviews reflect that. We’re committed to making this right with Anette and will be following up after the weekend to ensure everything is addressed properly.

I’ve moved many times in my life and this was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers did not bother to disassemble my large queen bed with drawers and headboard when moving it from a third-floor apartment. Instead, they dragged it up the stairs completely unprotected, leaving it covered in scuffs and damage. This bed was brand new, and now it’s ruined.
They underestimated the move time by over 3 hours—mainly because they insisted on trying to move this massive bed in one piece instead of doing the job properly. The crew admitted to messing it up and told me to call on Monday to file an insurance claim. That turned out to be a complete lie. The contract is full of fine print, and they only cover pennies on the dollar for damage.
When I called the owner about the situation, he was hostile and rude rather than taking responsibility. The workers themselves were polite, but clearly inexperienced and left without any real direction or guidance.
Save yourself the headache. Do not hire this company. Look at their other reviews online—you’ll see I’m far from the only person whose furniture was ruined by them. The way they operate is unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay far away.
They are the real deal, professional, dependable, and efficient. They handled my large furniture with ease, packaged everything safely, and unloaded everything fast and without incident. There are no hidden fees or problems. I felt completely confident in their abilities on the work. Solid teamwork, solid service.

The person who took the inquiry was polite, professional and unhurried. He followed up as needed, so there were no surprises. The crew arrived on time and were personable, accommodating and professional
The methods they used to pack and protect our belongings inspired confidence that things would not be damaged. We felt they delivered more than expected and would recommend this company to others.
The four Movers showed up on time completed the job In a timely manner.
They were professional, well spoken, and well trained.
I would recommend them to anybody who wanted to move with a large home or small move.
I was notified regularly from the time I put $100 deposit to the time of their arrival.
Excellent five star company.
