Needed two toilet replacement kits installed and from the time I created the initial Thumbtack submission to the time the technician was done was less than 2 hours. Not even kidding. The technician was professional, friendly, skilled and communicated clearly. The work was upper. Will hire again when needed without blinking.

We have used Veterans Plumbing for a few years now and historically they were great. Not the least expensive option but they did good work.
Lately however, that good work fell off a cliff for us. With our last two issues, a running toilet and hot water heater problems, it took three visits for Jim to finally get the toilet fixed but was unable to figure out the hot water heater issues. He did, however, charge us several hundred dollars for some new parts that didn't help in the slightest. He also rewired it incorrectly on his last visit, leaving us completely without hot water and forcing us to go to a hotel. Veterans did not acknowledge, apologize, or reimburse for any of this. I'm not sure what's going on with them but I will be finding another plumbing plumbing and would not recommend their services.

I have lived in Northern Virginia most of my life and experienced multiple plumber companies for the two properties that I own. Recently, I found Veteran Plumbing to be superior over all the rest. I had to replace a water heater recently and could not be happier with the service, and the young man who completed the work in under two hours. He took time to explain everything he was going to do before and after the completed work. Great employee, and awesome job!
