I had an amazing experience with Veteran Plumbing Services. They were able to come out very quickly, explained clearly, and were incredibly professional and friendly. The plumber Jose even gave me great ideas on how to better protect my home going forward. The work was done efficiently, everything is working perfectly, and the whole process was crystal clear from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Jim from Veteran Plumbing Services came out to cap a gas line for us. He was punctual and professional. The price was comparable to other estimates we got. We're very happy with his work!
One thing I would say to be aware of is that there is a $49 dispatch fee. The company was nice enough to credit that for us when we had the work done two days later, but I got the impression that wasn't normal procedure. Just something to know!

Jacob sent Eric here in a timely manner. He went with me as I detailed my problem with him which appeared was a leaking shower pan. He advised me that I needed a tile guy but did not feel that a plumber would be needed for the fix. He was very thorough in his inspection of the damage, and when asked gave me the number of tile guy he had worked with. His expertise and honesty impressed me and should I need a plumber in the repair process or in the future I would definitely call on Veterans Plumbing again.
