Eddie Lopez was very helpful and honest in his assessment of my problem. We spoke about several ways to fix the issue and it helped me make my decision.
Eddie fixed the problem, and cleaned up after his work was finished.
It was a pleasure to have him in my condo.

Jake serviceman from Veterans Air did a great job today replacing a defective part on my A/C unit. Full professional service explaining everything and answering all my questions. I am very happy with Veterans Air , They have also help me with all my plumming & electrical needs and service repairs.

Very nice gentleman, told me difficult news but was very caring and professional i dont blame him. I will NEVER recommend veteran air for any Services they overcharge I have not yet had one single veteran that came to my house except the very first person that sold me the unit in two years of having the unit . I've had to have them out twice since and I've been able to find cheaper price at least 50% cheaper at another company because only parts are covered not labor 10min work $447 for labor i complained to management they gave me a discount but still very disappointed I wouldn't mind paying a little bit more if it supported our veterans they don't hire mainly veterans they hire anybody. the company is veteran name only not employees
