When I phoned Veteran Air & Heating this morning, a human being actually answered the phone & was very helpful right off the bat. Once he knew what I needed & how we were w/o any water to our home, he had a technician out to our home by 12:30. Incredible response time. Brandon was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, explained what was wrong with our water heater, told me why it needed to be replaced & that he needed to call the office to make sure he could do the job today. All was approved & Brandon went to the distribution center to get the supplies. He came right back & had a new water heater installed with all the appropriate over-flow tank, pipes, tray, etc by 5:00. Such a great job on his part. We are very satisfied with this company. They gave us a 10% discount plus an additional 5% discount since my husband is a Veteran. Good prices, attention to detail, good warranty, & they offer a Total Home Defense preventative plan for plumbing, electrical & a/c.
We highly recommend them for any of the above work. You won't be disappointed.
