Excellent service from the time I first rang to having the kitchen sprayed. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy too, came for an inspection on Monday and gave great advice and actually recommended that I may not need his services and a standard insect spray may do the job. I tried that but it didn't work so he came today and did his magic so hoping this will be the end of living out of my living room. Would definitely recommend.

Shane is the best in the business, comes straight away when there is a problem… sorts it out and gives advice how to stop them coming back/what to do if they come back! Would definitely recommend!!

I rang Verus about 4pm last night because I had discovered the source of the trouble I had been having with Fruit Flies. Shane rang me back and suggested what I could do myself to solve the issue but listened to what I told him about the extent of the problem and picked up on my distress. He said he would come straight away despite me being a good 30 miles away. He arrived as quickly as he could, given the distances involved and you could tell he knew his job. He took his time to listen to me and put me at my ease, told me what he advised and then got on with it. He probably could have done the job in half the time but he didn’t rush and I felt that he genuinely cared, about me as a customer and, from what he told me, his involvement in the wider industry. His rates were very reasonable and so far everything seems much improved and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you

Professional and Friendly Service
I contacted Shane at Verus Environmental as we had a pesky wasps nest in a large plant pot. I thought we could leave them alone, but after multiple stings, I called in the professionals.
We did not want to damage the shrub in the pot, so Shane identified a suitable treatment and came the next day. He treated the nest and all the wasps have now gone, thank goodness.
He is a really nice and friendly chap and charged a reasonable rate.
I always like to use local independent traders, so I can thoroughly recommend him if you have a pest problem.

We had Shane round to deal with some pesky ants, and he was absolutely professional. He soon dealt with the problem, gave us lots of advice and, importantly, the ants have not returned. What I really liked was the fact that he didn't rush. He took his time, found the source, sprayed the area and checked around to make sure nothing was missed. His attention to detail is second to none, as is his ability to identify a problem and provide a solution.
I cannot recommend this company enough. From the initial visit to the aftercare, they are absolutely brilliant.
If you have any pest problems, give this company a ring. Otherwise, you may be settling for second rate and might never solve your problem fully.

If you need pest control this is definitely the company to choose! Shane was helpful and knowledgeable right from the very first phone call. Nothing was too much trouble. No pushing or up selling and he gave the most competitive price by far. Shane did exactly what he said he would without issue. I was updated every step of the way and had complete trust in him, which was so comforting as I live a long way from the property involved. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, although I hope I wouldn’t need to! You can’t go wrong if you choose Shane and his company.

Amazing service! We’ve had an ongoing rat problem in our ceiling for years. Shane did an incredibly thorough investigation and found the root of the issue which has finally been resolved. If you want the right man for the job Shane is the man
He was bang on time every time he said he was coming to my house
He told me what was going to happen with the traps he put down to catch the Squirrels
He removed the Squirrels without a problem and he even removed the young squirrel that had fell from the roof still alive and was going to release in the woods

i rang shane at 10am after waking up to ants in my kitchen, he was absolutely lovely came straight round and was done by 12pm same day. so friendly and professional as well as being so kind to our excitable puppy. we came back home at around 6pm to absolutely no ants in sight, would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Tonight we had a hornet inside our home and were understandably quite anxious about it. I called (out of hours) and within 30 minutes Shane arrived at our home to get the job done.
Shane was calm, professional, and knew exactly how to handle the situation safely. The hornet was quickly located and removed without any disruption or risk to us. Everything was explained clearly, and we felt completely at ease throughout the visit.
