During Verilife's visits to our neighbours we have been priveleged to witness the interaction between carer and patient. J the patient was always treated with dignity and respect.
She wasgiven a choice as to what she would prefer to eat, not in a complicated way that might confuse, but a suggestion of either A OR B. Importantly she was never 'talked over'.
We were impressed with the way Dee related to J, never insisting or demading but gently coaxing or explaining why certain hygene routines were followed. We were partiularly impressed with the fact that whenever we went in J turned to us and smiled.
Excellent company providing first rate services. Carers are diligent, respectful, compassionate and considerate. The training is outstanding and the carers are knowledgeable, helpful and at ease with all types of equipment. Thank you Verilife for your unwavering support and kindness to me and my mother.

We tried three separate care agencies when arranging care for my Grandparents. Verilife carers were the only ones of those we tried that would spend every moment of the care calls talking with my Nan and Grandad, singing along with them and treating them with unfaltering respect and dignity. They communicated clearly with us about anything they needed to and we cannot thank them enough.
