First time using Velocity and I must say, I was impressed. The customer service is superp. Leo and Mike are fantastic. They worked with me on the bill and were so accommodating and professional. They did not try to nickel and dime me like most places do. Les my technician was amazing. He was so persistent in finding the problem fixing it and took his time to ensure it was truly fixed and not just on the surface. This place made me feel like I was family. They have gained a loyal customer in me. I can't imagine taking my cart elsewhere after receiving such Fantastic service. Thank you guys for making me happy. You guys are the best. I want to add Marc to this post. He had to come back today and on the spot fixed my problem. These guys rock.

Velocity is fantastic!! I was in a pinch with a new lithium battery that would not charge that was purchased elsewhere, but the wonderful people at Velocity were willing to help me out. I was literally stuck with a useless cart and battery and they were able to revive it for me and get me going again! I can’t thank them enough!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Velocity Golf Carts. My lithium battery had completely died and wouldn’t recharge at home. The original store that installed it no longer services those batteries, so I was stuck and honestly stressed about what to do.
Velocity Golf Carts went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and in person. They don’t even typically sell the brand of lithium battery I had, yet they still took the time to help. At one point, he even offered to become a vendor for my battery brand just so I could potentially use my warranty — which says everything about their integrity and customer service.
Thankfully, he didn’t have to go that route because he was able to get it charged and working again. The turnaround was within 24 hours of my first call, the pricing was very reasonable, and the service was exceptional.
Great prices, great service, and truly caring people. Five stars and above. Highly recommend!

We purchased our Golf cart a few months ago from Velocity carts. They have been great! There was an issue with the lithium battery and they replaced it immediately and covered the warranty. Also I had a question about how to wire a new 12v sound bar to the cart and Patrick was super helpful about how to install it on my evolution cart. Can't say enough good things about velocity!

Huge shoutout to the Patrick and his Velocity Team — their service was amazing! I recently just replaced my golf cart batteries to lithium batteries. Everyone was super helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. They came out and picked up my golf cart at my house and replaced the batteries within a couple of days, and delivered exactly as promised. We moved to Epperson almost 4 years ago and have debated about getting a golf cart ever since. We finally ageed to pull the trigger and researched our options thoroughly. Velocity Custom Golf Cars became the obvious choice due to pricing, customer service and custom options. We’d waited this long, we figured it only made sense to get one that was special and then we kept it a complete surprise for the kids….

From the second I spoke with Chris over the phone I knew I was going to have a great experience. He was super nice, informative, and helpful. The selection was great. We went in knowing what we wanted but after chatting with Chris we found a better option for us. Definitely recommend!
