Huge shoutout to the Patrick and his Velocity Team — their service was amazing! I recently just replaced my golf cart batteries to lithium batteries. Everyone was super helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. They came out and picked up my golf cart at my house and replaced the batteries within a couple of days, and delivered exactly as promised. We moved to Epperson almost 4 years ago and have debated about getting a golf cart ever since. We finally ageed to pull the trigger and researched our options thoroughly. Velocity Custom Golf Cars became the obvious choice due to pricing, customer service and custom options. We’d waited this long, we figured it only made sense to get one that was special and then we kept it a complete surprise for the kids….

From the second I spoke with Chris over the phone I knew I was going to have a great experience. He was super nice, informative, and helpful. The selection was great. We went in knowing what we wanted but after chatting with Chris we found a better option for us. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to surprise my husband with a golf cart for his 60th birthday. So, I went to Velocity Golf Carts to see what brands and models they have available. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lacey (The owner’s wife) and she showed me all the golf carts available and went over the prices and different buying options. Since my husband is a diehard TB Buccaneers fan I wanted the golf cart to be custom designed with the team logo. Therefore, Lacey introduced me to Patrick (The owner) and he was very excited and thrilled to customize my husband golf cart with the Bucs theme. He showed me the different options and I ended up upgrading the seats, wheels and adding LED lights. There was no pressure to buy anything and the golf cart was delivered to my house in under 20 days since it was customized. They offer military discount and have financing options if needed. We are over the moon happy with our Dach Apollo golf cart. So many great things from the very smoothly ride, Apple CarPlay, cruise control, roof speakers and sound bar, great colors. We got the blue with orange seats. I start the golf cart with my IPhone! We also ordered blue custom wheels that really stands out. Our friends and neighbors love it too. Velocity Custom Golf Carts and Dach go out of their way to ensure we have a high quality, custom golf cart. Chris at Velocity is very enthusiastic but no pressure. Spent a lot of time with us. I have been working with Discovery Golf Cars in Land O Lakes for over a year trying to fix alignment issues and a roof that constantly squeaked loudly when driving on even the smoothest road. I gave up and spoke with Chris at Velocity and they took my cart and solved all the issues once and for all. They are awesome and have just landed a customer for all my golf cart needs as long as I am here. Thank you to the entire team for a jab well done!

First and foremost I am so late in this review. I made a promise to Patrick (the incredible owner) that I would write a review after all he has done for me and my cart. This may be a bit lengthy but well worth the read. So I have an EZGO cart that is "vintage" let's just say. Well I took it to the beach with us on vacation! BAD IDEA! On return I called Tampa Bay Golf Carts (useless) to have it repaired! Again BAD CHOICE! While I had it on the trailer, I was like WTH I'm gonna try one more place. So I called Velocity. Patrick (incredible) took a chance on it, but NEVER promised me anything. At that point I was willing to take that chance. Well, after some patience (on his part) I told him to take all the time he needed to fix it. It was a "family remodel" so I was willing to wait. After about a month (no fault of Patrick's) low and behold, he called and said my cart was fixed. I about cried. After going to GCTB I gave up hope. And along comes Patrick. My life saver! My family was so happy to have it back. With the patience of Patrick and his crew, I now have a cart that runs like a champ. And I have a new place to send all my friends that need help with their carts! Guys NO JOKE, go see Patrick. He is the Mack daddy golf cart guru. You will not be disappointed I promise you! THANK YOU Patrick for giving my family our cart back, and taking a chance on this ole thing!

We bought our new golf car from Velocity last week. The whole process was so smooth and pressure-free! Chris is so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We picked ours out on a Friday for a Monday delivery. Patrick called the next day to offer us delivery that day!! They noticed a scratch on the original windshield so they upgraded with a tinted windshield at no cost! We highly recommend them because they are awesome.
