Hi Michael, we were very transparent with you, our quotes are valid with 7 days due to movements in our external financier interest rates. Similar to home loan rates, we have no control over rate movement. The change to your pricing has nothing to do with any fees and was simply a movement in our financiers interest rates, and we were very up front about that with you prior to sending you documentation. Your review is not only factually incorrect but damaging to our reputation. We would request that you remove this review as soon as possible. Excellent customer service and communication. Van was always available and responded to calls, emails and texts rapidly with clear information and warmth. Other novated lease providers failed to respond to an enquiry in the time VSA moved us through several stages of the process. They took care of much of the paperwork and guided us through all documents. All this and they also gave us the best price for our new EV! Great team
I had amazing experience with VSA. Ben and Julian were great to deal with. They are honest and transparent with their fee, interest rate offered were competitive and they helped me in setting up self managed lease with Smart Salary. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend VSA if you are setting up self managed lease and facing roadblocks by big name companies because they are "preffered companies" of your employer.

After having sour taste in my mouth feeling after seeing the novated lease offer from my department's default salary packaging provider, I sought out another company and found this lovely team for a BYO lease option.
Van was responsive and team was able to organise my new novated lease and I was given keys to my new EV in ~3 weeks. Van was super knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the process as this is my first novated lease.

We approached Van from Vehicle Solutions about a year ago to explore options for a novated lease but decided to wait at the time. Van had been recommended to us through someone we knew. Even though we didn’t proceed with a car then, I found him very approachable and clear from our first conversation.
When we eventually decided to move ahead with an EV through a novated lease, he was the first person we contacted. He explained the process clearly and guided us on how to manage everything smoothly. He also assisted us with sourcing the car after we had to move away from another dealer due to delays.

I recently entered into a Novated Lease Agreement via Vehicle Solutions and couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience and the team. The speed at which they ensured the settlement took place was fantastic, and the way they liaised with all parties involved, took a whole lot off my plate.
I primarily dealt with Van Ha, one of the Business Development Managers at Vehicle Solutions. And it is an understatement when I say there aren't enough adjectives in the English or for that matter any other language's dictionary, which can adequately describe my experience with Van.
Van was professional, patient and very personable. I hadn’t undertaken a novated lease agreement prior and hence wasn’t too familiar with the process. Van not only took the time to explain the process, the ins and outs multiple times but never once did he come across agitated or irritated.
I myself am a BDM in the finance industry and yes, building rapport is all part of it but Van went above and beyond ensuring that I was at ease throughout the entire process start to finish and some. He made the entire experience stress free and guided me with care and tolerance.
The significance of the vehicle purchase went far beyond the car itself and Van took the time to understand the same and gave it as much importance as I did.
Quite often we as customers are quick to jump up and down when things don’t go the way we want them to but rarely do we take the time to highlight the good/great when it does occur, and this is definitely one of those feel good moments.
Van Ha is most certainly as asset to your organisation and I hope above feedback can be passed onto him in due course.
