Two of the hardest working people I have ever witnessed. They did a fantastic job! They deserve raises and a trip to a spa. Vegas flooring beat other companies and they moved the furniture as well. Our carpet looks and feels great. I love that new carpet smell! Definitely go with this company and keep it local.

We recently got our floors done last month and we are so happy with the results! Quoc was great and patient with getting everything arranged and Alex and Luis were our installer, two of the most efficient and hard working guys. We changed our entire first floors, stair case and our second floor loft area to vinyl planks. Vegas flooring outlet is definitely the best value in prices and service in town and I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Jimmy, our salesperson, was fantastic to work with! He measured quickly & brought several samples of quality carpets to choose from. We asked for a 8 oz pad & he provided that, with an excellent quality carpet. My tenants were very pleased with the installers, Leno & Richard, who worked very hard the entire time they were at the property. The next time I have to re-carpet, I will be calling Vegas Flooring Outlet!

It's been a while like 3 years since VFO installed engineer flooring over my 20 y/o tiles and now I can say Quoc (salesperson) was right !!! No squeaking floor as long as my tiles are in good shape.
Quoc came over with sample wood that color I asked for, then he walked all the tile areas and looked for any cracks and make sure tiles are sit even and luckily my tile floor is still in good condition. VFO also installed the baseboards and kitchen backsplash, too.
Awesome company from start to finish.

Reached out for a quote. Received two automated messages and not one single human reached out. Yall must not need business. *In response to the company's reply. The automated messages I received were one after I inquired on their website, which was Friday 10/17/25, explaining they would be in touch then I received one on Sunday morning at 9am at 10/19/25. So instead of shaming your potential customers on your lack of customer service and person to person communication. Take some accountability, apologize, and reach out person to person. And yes, thats what reviews are for.

The automatic message was simply to thank you for requesting an estimate and to ask when would be a good time to schedule your free in-home estimate. Typically, if you reply with a date and time that works for you, we see your response and add you to our calendar. When you replied asking if it was an automated message, we personally responded right after. It really isn’t necessary to leave a negative review just because of that.
We were shopping to 'tile/planks' to replace our carpet. Went to both Home Depot and Lowe's, didn't like the selection no the service. Found Vegas Flooring and saw they've here quite some time. Paid them a visit and liked the selection and service. Shout out to Jimmy. But what really sold us, was what we learned. Living in a manufactured, Jimmy had mentioned that if the floors aren't level (can only be seen once the carpet is pulled up) would they know. Then we would have stop, (no carpet) and I would have to find someone to level the floor. Now we are looking carpet which came waayyyy less than the tile. Jimmy didn't have to mentioned it and make the sale on the tile/planks. Fast forward, carpet is great, installation was great. AND they did verify that my floors a level. Maybe in 8-10yr, well get the tile/planks.
