I hired valor Equity Claims Solution on a reccommendation. Best decision I could have made. They came out the next day. Assesed my claim and negotiated my claim settlement to an amount that was fair and convinced the the insurerer that his original adjustment was not what the policy should cover. That our adjustment was accurate and the insurer decided Valor equity was correct and the insurerer that his original adjustment was not what the policy should cover. That our adjustment was accurate and the insurer decided Valor equity was correct and compensated me for the difference. That difference was huge. Actually gave me a setlement that I could fix the repairs and return my property back to pre-storm condition. That was what I was seeking, and Valor Equity was the right phone call to make. I didnt have to do anything. Valor took the claim and gave it to me when they finished. All I had to do was say thank you! Thats the truth! Ill say it once more. THANKS AGAIN!

I had a wonderful experience with Cody and his team at Valor Equity Claims Solutions. The entire process was thoroughly explained and Cody walked me through the entire process. He was always willing to take my call and answer my many questions with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. He met with my agent and was able to negotiate my claim successfully where others had failed. I honestly thought my roof would never be replaced, but Cody and his team at Valor came to my rescue. Cody provided us with exceptional service. He explained the process and answered all of our questions making us comfortable with the activities and timeframes to achieve our results. He worked well with the adjuster during the re-review of our storm damages. He (Valor) was successful in working our claim with State Farm. We enjoyed talking about hunting amongst other topics during our meetings. He has offered his continued support to us for questions about insurance policies, etc. A hunting trip may be in our future!
