Had fantastic services from the the owner at Vantel, my Pixel 7 Pro had a stuck volume button, and he promptly fixed that for me without any issues. The clips on my original button had broken, and he found a replacement in the store. He checked to make sure there was no internal damage, and installed the replacement, and my phone and worries were all taken care of within 15 minutes. Very great service, super trustworthy and will definitely come back with any phone hardware/software problems in the future!

I can't say enough good things about Vantel. I was traveling in Vancouver alone and completely reliant on my phone for everything; on day 1 my screen stopped working. I showed up in a panic before they opened and the amount of care and advice on what to do was truly exceptional. They took extra time to make sure my device was still going to be within warranty and helped me choose the most affordable (and resellable) used option to get me through the trip. Then transferred all of my info and got me set up. At all of these stages I was updated. Next level care and expertise. If you need any help in the tech space these are your guys.

I was in a bit of a predicament when the power on/off button stopped working on my iPhone 13 mini. We were visiting from the UK for 4 months so didn’t really want to leave it till we got home because of boarding passes, banking apps etc so who could I trust with it and how long was it going to take to get parts, fix and at what cost? I researched plenty but got the best vibe from Vantel on Robson St Vancouver. After a visit and a detailed chat I was struck by Vahid’s honesty and knowledge as to what he suspected and not just given a list of escalating prices. We went away and thought about it for an hour while Vahid checked on availability of the part needed. After returning and leaving the phone with him, two hours later it was all fixed and working for 129CAD plus taxes including a repair warranty. I was also shown the faulty part which I could see was a broken wire ribbon. I could tell he enjoyed his job and having something different to repair than a battery or screen so we were both happy. Thanks for saving our holiday!

Vahid provided outstanding customer service and was upfront and honest from the very beginning. I brought in my Nintendo Switch after it had been dropped in a sink full of water. He let me know right away that the damage could be unfixable and advised me not to spend more than $150 on repairs, since a used Switch can be bought for around $200. He took the time to examine it thoroughly, spending two hours trying to revive it. He even installed new capacitors and showed before-and-after photos of the motherboard to show the extent of the damage. Unfortunately, the water damage was too severe, and it couldn't be saved, but despite all the work, he didn’t charge me anything. I really appreciate Vahid’s honesty, transparency, and fast turnaround. I’ll definitely be back if I need any other electronics repaired!
