I have had problems with leaks , mould and general deterioration in my bathroom for some time and have been unable to find anyone to really help. Since my first contact with Vantage I felt happy that here I had found help thanks initially to the receptionist Demi who was friendly, kind and listened to my problems. She referred me to Kieran who also listened to my problems, saw what was needed and gave me quotes for 3 levels of intervention with no pressure to choose any particular one and went on to project manage it. The job was done by a team of craftsmen who slotted in and out as their expertise was needed and Ryan who did the bulk of the plumbing work. Everyone was pleasant and efficient and tasks were completed smoothly. Kieran kept me informed almost on a daily basis and I am very satisfied with the new leak proof tiling in the shower area, newly boarded, plastered and painted ceiling, new shower, light extractor fan and floor. To get all this when I’d not even been able to get a leak fixed has made me happy. I would recommend this company any time.

A great experience with this company, who were able to provide a very reasonable quote and get the work done within 2 days. They made an extremely stressful situation a lot easier to navigate! The fast quote was much appreciated as we were left waiting (and are still waiting!) by other companies we enquired with. Greg explained everything really well, he was really friendly and easy going to have in the house, and he was joined by Ryan who worked extremely hard too. Thank you for such great service and you’ll definitely be our go-to plumbing company now!

Kai came over to sort out my clogged bath tub and was friendly, polite, and very professional throughout. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, and while he wasn’t able to fully resolve it on the spot due to needing landlord authorisation, I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. What stood out the most was that he didn’t charge me at all for the visit, which was incredibly kind and unexpected. A genuinely trustworthy person. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Previous plumber did 90% of the job and ripped me off and a couple days later it started leaking (emergency fix). I didn't trust them to come back to repair their mistake as they could have made it worse and rinsed me dry so I called Vantage. Greg was the plumber that came to fix the leak and pretty much just took out what was fitted and put it back in and the leak stopped. Turned out the fitting was correct but the work was poor hence the leak. The cost was very reasonable and Greg was a great and friendly guy to talk to. For all my future plumbing issues I would always turn to Vantage and request Greg if I'm able to

Kai is a highly professional, responsive and knowledgeable plumber. After my previous plumber left the job and became unresponsive, Kai was able to come and quickly fix our toilet's flush and leaky bath in no time. He was also able to identify where the leak from our shower was coming from. Highly recommend.
