We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and found Vantage Plumbing and Heating on Google who had such high reviews - I am pleased we reached out to them and can honestly say they stand true to the reviews.
We spoke to Kieran who was very understanding, super responsive and had someone come out to us the same evening.
Jay attended to our emergency and we thank him for his time and positive spirit. While our plumbing issue could not be resolved the same night, Jay provided a solution which we decided to proceed with. After a few days, Jay returned to complete the job.
Unfortunately the problem was not rectified and upon calling Vantage, Demi kindly arranged for Jay to come back - the promptness of Jays' attendance that afternoon was much appreciated. Sadly the problem could not be fixed at the time.
However, Kieran attended to this matter promptly and arranged for drainage specialist Reggie to come the next morning.
We honestly cannot thank Reggie enough for his exemplary service. He is such an incredible asset to Vantage Heating and Plumbing. The way he broke it down really showed his remarkable knowledge in the field which provided us with confidence. His honesty, efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, careful handling bringing his equipment into our home (when we told him we just had our carpets changed when we thought the problem was resolved!), tidiness, did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much.

Good response to attendance and engineer respectful and informative. Provided a cost and advised the office would be in touch to book me in for the return visit. A week went by and I had heard nothing. I called the office and the lady was very helpful and arranged the booking straightaway. Unfortunately after paying out £300 I still have the same issue.

Used for a full bathroom refurbishment with replacement joists. Excellent communication throughout the project. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Everyone worked very hard doing long days, were friendly and tidied up as they went. Really pleased with the final outcome. Definitely recommend, we would use again. Thank you! Receptionist was brilliant,efficient,and professional.the plumber who is from Stevenage,I can’t remember his name now,is a lovely man.we had no heating or hot water he came that evening fixed our water for us and promised to come back the next day with the parts for our heating to be fixed and he did.couldn’t recommend this company enough and this wilbe our go to company from now on.brilliant service all round

Water pipe damage
I recently moved into a brand new property and stupidly put a nail through a water pipe whilst hanging shelves! I called vantage all a bit frantic and they were very quick to help. I had Jay round the very next day and he fixed and made good the area. His care towards my house and in explaining things to me were great and will definitely be using them again (just for some planned work hopefully)

The response I received from Vantage Plumbing & Heating was efficient and helpful when I needed a gas fire service.
The ignition was also causing problems.
My request was answered promptly and the fire is now working well and I have arranged for an annual service with them in the future. JL

Really quick response to my enquiry and very easy communication throughout. The phone was always answered when I called, and they were able to offer helpful advice along with a prompt quote. The service itself was thorough and carried out to a very high standard, using effective equipment and keeping me informed at every stage. Even when they encountered challenges, they clearly explained what was happening. My radiators are now working much more efficiently, and I’m really pleased with the service.

Had no heating. Called Vantage and they sorted it all out within a day.
We have also used them twice before and found them to be reliable and professional.

We have been using Vantage heating and plumbing for a few years now.
My husband passed away this year but had told me before if you need a plumber contact Kai and he will get someone out to you.
Don't use anyone else.
We know what his work is like so I did this week my tap in my kitchen was lose. They sent Jay out he fixed it in no time.
He was professional and very pleasant. He cleaned up after himself.
The people from Vantage are so polite and respected our house. They always tided up after themselves.
They are always a pleasure to have in our home.
I would highly recommend them

A very efficient and professional service from Vantage Plumbing. We had a small leak from a bathroom tap behind a unit - the process of booking a plumber was easy and unstressful, the appointment was within a few days, and the plumber turned up as scheduled and resolved the matter quickly and without fuss. Would use them again and recommend their services.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everything was arranged quicker than I expected, and the booking was sorted without any fuss at all. From the first call to the moment the plumber finished up, the whole team was professional, friendly and easy to deal with.
They kept me updated, turned up on time, and got straight on with the job. You can tell they take real pride in their work because the quality shows. Cannot recommend Vantage enough! If I could give 10 stars- I would!
My boiler decided to die early on a Saturday morning- a freezing December morning of course! With it being a weekend, I couldn’t get find anyone that was available until the following week! I called vantage after finding them on Google expecting the same. They answered immediately and had an engineer out within an hour.
Kai was really polite and helpful, and talked me through my options. Once we realised it couldn’t be saved - he went out of his way to ensure my boiler was fitted that day. He worked until 10 pm on a Saturday night and the cost was more the reasonable for the service I received.
Bonus…he is also quite nice to look at

A plumbing job well done
We had an issue with a toilet not flushing. The Vantage Plumbing & Heating engineer fixed it quickly, with no fuss and for a reasonably price. Very happy with the work done.
