The team at Vantage Pluming & Heating were superb to say the least. From the point of engagement. A company that we would highly recommend and have already done so with some local friends and neighbours. 1. Engagement - was great, whether that was to get an engineer to be booked in for the initial visit to understand what the options were to confirming dates and times to get this installed. Super efficient and prompt. 2. Engineers doing the install - FANTASTIC, diligent and passionate about their work. They definitely took pride in their work. To the point where one of them came back on a Sunday after he had left (post a work out as there was something that he wasn't quite happy with), if thats not commitment then I don't know what is. Great company all round!

She was super fast at responding to messages and even ordered the parts we needed *before* the job, so it could all be completed on the day. Greg was our engineer and was on time, friendly, and happy to work with lots going on around him. He got the job done and cleaned up after himself and kept us updated as he went. Thanks both 😊

I have had problems with leaks , mould and general deterioration in my bathroom for some time and have been unable to find anyone to really help. Since my first contact with Vantage I felt happy that here I had found help thanks initially to the receptionist Demi who was friendly, kind and listened to my problems. She referred me to Kieran who also listened to my problems, saw what was needed and gave me quotes for 3 levels of intervention with no pressure to choose any particular one and went on to project manage it. The job was done by a team of craftsmen who slotted in and out as their expertise was needed and Ryan who did the bulk of the plumbing work. Everyone was pleasant and efficient and tasks were completed smoothly. Kieran kept me informed almost on a daily basis and I am very satisfied with the new leak proof tiling in the shower area, newly boarded, plastered and painted ceiling, new shower, light extractor fan and floor. To get all this when I’d not even been able to get a leak fixed has made me happy. I would recommend this company any time.

A great experience with this company, who were able to provide a very reasonable quote and get the work done within 2 days. They made an extremely stressful situation a lot easier to navigate! The fast quote was much appreciated as we were left waiting (and are still waiting!) by other companies we enquired with. Greg explained everything really well, he was really friendly and easy going to have in the house, and he was joined by Ryan who worked extremely hard too. Thank you for such great service and you’ll definitely be our go-to plumbing company now!
