This was an overall great experience. I had to have my carpet professionally cleaned after moving out from an apartment. This was a relatively easy booking. William gave a professionally, warm-positive, above and beyond experience. They honestly communicated well and clarified any questions about the services/prices they provided. Would definitely book again!

William was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. I had been using another service for my carpenter and furniture cleaning but will be using Vanpro after seeing the difference in the quality of work.

I thought our carpet was done... too stained to be redeemable. They took the extra time to make sure it was done right, and were very communicative through the process. Carpet looks new now. Definitely recommend!

My pink velour sectional couch Had been in storage for two years. On top of being in a house with 6 cats, 2 dogs and a toddler before that. Unfortunately it was “ruined” in storage. Covered in rat droppings, urine, and some mold. Everyone told me to throw it away, but I wasn’t ready to give up on it. Thankfully Will & his team made it look, feel, and smell brand new!!! Booking process was quick and simple. The team was communicative, on time, and worked efficiently. We shared with them our situation and informed them our plans for the house, and he cut us a great deal! What started as a couch cleaning turned into, a complete renovation of the Sectional, throwing in our love seat, and the kitchen floors being cleaner than i ever thought possible. This company couldn’t have been more friendly, and definitely couldn’t have done a better job. They will be doing all of future cleaning services!

William is an absolute LEGEND!! He was incredibly thorough and spent so much time making sure everything looked immaculate. You can immediately tell what a person of integrity he is and how genuinely he cares about his work and the quality of service he provides.
