This clinic was recommended to me by a friend.
I booked for a lower blephoroplasty. The first time I came there for my surgery (for which I flew in from another country), I was provided with faulty information about hospital stay, which caused me to have to cancel the surgery on the spot. I already booked my ticket and everything and lost over 1000 usd because of this.
I then rescheduled it, with a lot of effort not to be charged extra again, as the information provided was not correct to begin with. People like to be prepared for their surgeries. Everything is very last minute and on the schedule of the doctor which can only be communicated one day in advance. This is pretty crazy to me as people need to schedule many things like transport, accommodation etc, and last minute this is way more complicated.
I then had the surgery, I was assisted by a coordinator. Who then asked me to leave very good reviews before even having a chance to see the final result of the surgery, because it would help him (4 of them rather than 1), which I did because I felt guilt tripped into it. I find this highly unprofessional. We are not there to help them with reviews, we are there to receive a service we pay for.
The results of the surgery are terrible. I am now left with a hollow area under my eyes and deep wrinkles which were never there before. I have written to the clinic multiple times with photos, but have not been offered a solution.
I also need to mention that for my surgery control I waited for the doctor for 2 hours rather than the timing of my actual appointment.
Overall it seems that they care mostly about money, reviews and their own schedule rather than the comfort and wellbeing of the patient.
It was a dissatisfying and costly experience, as I will have to now revise this under eye issue somewhere else.
I did have procedures before in other places in Turkey and this was far below standard or what was expected.
