Van Haaften’s the only place in Pella I’ll use. Their superior service and timely response is second to none. My repairman Steve was very qualified and helpful to getting my furnace up and running also giving me tips for future home owner maintenance ideas to keep my Lennox furnace operating properly. Kevin the owner has always been there for us for all our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs since I’ve lived in Pella. Thank you all at Van Haaften’s!
Called VanHaaften Plumbing and Heating because out furnace wouldn't run. They came the next day had it running in approximately 1/2 hour also told us we needed a new motor that the bearing was going out in the old one. I called Monday to set up an appointment and they had it installed quickly the next day. Now we don't have to worry about it going out this winter. Joel was very professional and friendly. Its nice to have someone around that will return a message the same day and get on the schedule the next day. There are very few buisness's that do that. We thank you and will definitely come back for any issues we might have in the future.
