After many weeks of looking around at alternatives I kept going back to van fit solutions looking at them. I took the plunge and booked in for my fit out on the 18 may. The process on arrival is a friendly face to face discussion on what I needed. Got back at 5 pm to an absolutely top job, couldn’t be happier. I would mostly definitely recommend van fit solutions for anyone wanting a bespoke solution.

Very good service and helpful staff. Job done in the day as promised. The reason for the 3 star rating is that after seeing many facebook adverts after fitting I notice that my drawers had cut edges on view but on all the adverts I have seen all draw fronts cover the whole frontage, hence no cut edges on view. I can't understand why this is the case it spoils the finish?

We also reminded you that we assisted you on the day, including going out of our way to drop you back to work to make things easier for you.

So to receive a 3-star review without first giving us the opportunity to explain or resolve this feels unfair, and if we’re honest, it does hurt.

In terms of your point about the drawer fronts – every system we build is completely bespoke. The setups you see advertised are all different builds for different customers, vehicles and requirements. There is no “standard” finish, everything is made to suit each individual job.

That said, if something isn’t as you expected, we will always look to put it right. That’s exactly why we tried to contact you.

Racking originally built on a sunday to accommodate my work schedule which was great, i went for the hexply option and the racking is solid and very tidy, had a small issue after a week, i cant compliment the company any more highly with the way they dealt with solving the issue, they were prompt in getting back to me, fixed the issue in question and also went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. This is how you run a company, most companies would have just took my money and then blank you after youve left, All the lads i met were very polite, nothing was too much to ask, dwayne who i dealt with over the phone couldnt have been more accommodating. Will 100% reccomend to my trade friends i am over the moon with my racking and will definitely use again in the future when i get a new van.

Disappointed had to pay twice to get half of what I wanted total of £2700 and had to supply 2x my own runners they say there builds are custom to the customer but that seems as long as it’s square and can only be made to the size of there sheets of timber I wasn’t going to leave a review but I asked twice for a small section of trim to be delivered to me as the trim they supplied and cut at site and left for me to fit ( at my request)was cut at an incorrect length I could not buy the trim myself as it was supplied to trade only resulting in me having to replace all the trim as it did not match the type I had to buy Update after van fit response to this review I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and direct text after we spoke on the phone and I was offered £70 compensation ( yep £70 ) if i remove this review which is a insult really doesn’t even cover the fuel for my 2 visits up there not to mention 2 days loss of work The trim is not available to public id have to buy a pack of 10 3mtr lengths through a trade account My review is honest and to be quite reserved to be honest after what I’ve paid them and what I was left with My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is go through all your designs in detail to the mm how you want it don’t take no for an answer if you know it can be done get it in writing before they start and don’t compromise and say I will make it work when it’s presented to you when all you want to do is get off home after a long day waiting around until it’s finished and photographed
