Great group of people who know what they are doing and won't try to mess you over and charge you more. I had an issue with my heater getting it to start. Thankfully it was a simple fix. They could have told me the part was bad or any other issue that cost an arm and a leg but instead they showed me the issue, fixed it, and simply charged me the service fee to come out! I will recommend and use them over and over again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation of a new heat pump and also the service calls on my my other heat pump. I would recommend this service to anyone who is having trouble with your AC heating units.

Vallee AC came highly recommended by a neighbor, and they absolutely lived up to it.
They gave me a straightforward, no-BS diagnosis and solution—no upselling, no pressure. They went above and beyond to help me secure the replacement part free of charge under warranty, which I really appreciated. While waiting for the part, they even provided a backup heat solution so we weren’t left uncomfortable.
Once the part arrived, they came back quickly, completed the repair, and charged more than fairly for what ended up being two days of work.
Dan was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of the customer—not just rushing through a service call. I would specifically request Dan again without hesitation.
Also want to give a shoutout to the tech who worked with Dan on day one (I didn’t catch his name) — he mentioned he has a newborn and was incredibly kind, respectful, and courteous.
Top-tier service all around. Highly recommend Vallee AC.
This was our 2nd experience with Vallee. The technician was again, great. He explained what was going on with the system and what will need to be done in the future. All around a great job. We will continue to use Vallee for HVAC maintenance

Christine took my call and was prompt to set up an appointment for me. John was the tech who arrived within the hour with 10/10 service. I got a text message from Vallee when John was on his way with a picture of him so I knew what to expect which made me feel safer and more comfortable upon his arrival. Friendly man and he got straight to work and the found the issue quickly. John made the repair and made sure cold AC was blowing before he left. I highly recommend using Vallee Air!
