Update:
I unfortunately feel it necessary to change my review due to the overall experience with Valet Moving Services. The start of the process went amazing and VMS really did go above and beyond in helping in a more flexible move, however after it was all finished there were some issues. The team had to pack our house without us being there anymore, but they just had to load everything into the pods. Upon our items arriving to our new place there were a couple furniture pieces completely missing. After reaching out to see if there was any knowledge about what happen, the original guy who was in charge, had been let go and was not answering them when they were hoping to ask if he recalled what happened. The insurance agency wouldn’t cover anything because there was not an inventory list completed and I never heard if our furniture pieces were ever found. I’m keeping the rating a 2 star because I do feel like there were great moments in the beginning that took care of our move but the other outweighs the overall experience.

“I had the privilege to have Valet Moving Services help with our current move. From all moves I have experience in my last 10 years this has been the move flexible, communicative, and truly caring company. We had some complications with space for all our stuff and Valet Moving Services not only helped provide options but went the extra mile and took care of everything we needed to due to us having to leave the state before it could be finished. Josh (in booking) and Jason (in operations) were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even went out of their way to get a piece of equipment that was needed when the Pod company we used forgot to deliver it. The guys working were cautious and careful with all our items but still were extremely quick with the loading process. Additionally the pricing is one of the most reasonable in the area that I have seen. I could not speak more highly of this company and the true passion and care they have for what they do. Thank you Valet Moving Services for the impact you are making and the commitment and care you show towards your clients!”
