I contracted the company to pack, store, and deliver my furniture from Austin to Dallas. They did not use wardrobe boxes, crammed whatever would fit into boxes, taped television remotes to the outside of boxes, and damaged tables, chairs, mirrors, and vanities. Their in person, onsite estimate was $6300, they unauthorized charged my credit card and additional $6000 plus 3% fees, trying to charge $12,000. Do not sign the contract with the “charge not to exceed” blank, they will fill it in after you sign. I do not recommend this company.

We needed movers to move my Dad’s things from Katy, Texas to senior living facility in Georgetown three hours away. Valet Moving Services was familiar with moving people into senior living facilities, so that was a no brainer for us. There was lots of communication before the move, the movers arrived early, and made short work of packing my Dad’s things. We were so pleased we scheduled them again two weeks later to help us clear out my Dad’s house and bring the items to our homes Jarrell, TX. Price was extremely reasonable compared to others we got quotes from. I will 100% call them for all things moving.

Terrible moving service! We chose this company because we thought they were “experts” in long distance moves. They crammed all our belongings in a trailer and were anything but experts!!! They damaged major appliances and precious antique furniture. I promptly submitted proof of damage and have not ever heard a word!!! I will never use these people ever again- So unprofessional!!!

Horrible moving company! I wasn't going to leave a negative review because I was hoping they would step up and make the damages right. They haven't!!! They damaged a couple of my appliances and damaged pieces of furniture. They were Not careful with my belongings. They bled on my mattress....They did not bring a big enough moving truck, stuffed the one they brought and then we had to travel 600+ miles back, rent a u-haul and move the rest. I submitted damages and have not heard a word about restitution.... Horrible company!!! Rude owner!

Couldn’t have asked for better service! I was in the market for a long distance move from Austin, TX to Galveston, TX with a stop in Houston, TX on the way. Pricing was fair considering all variables/factors involved with my move. I was sold with their flat rate mileage charge for long distance compared to other moving companies that charged based on time (without taking traffic into consideration). My movers George and Jared (I think was his name) from Denver were friendly, polite, extremely efficient, and helpful. Really appreciated them helping me move in the middle of this Texas heat!
