I recently hosted a yoga retreat, and i cannot recommend this place enough!!!! This was a 10/10 experience, and we are already planning our next one in nov! The views, the food, and the accommodations were all breathtaking. can't wait to be back

We’re already planning our next retreat in November of this year! 11/10 recommend. Hosting our yoga and nutrition retreat at Vajra Jahra was an incredible experience. The property itself is stunning…peaceful, immersed in nature, and truly the perfect environment for a transformational retreat. Our guests loved the beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, and the serene energy that the entire property holds. A huge part of what made this experience so special was working with Sara Champagne. She was not only incredibly helpful with logistics and planning, but an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. Sara was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly for our group. Beyond that, she is simply such a warm and wonderful person and always a pleasure to talk with and collaborate with. Our retreat guests had an amazing experience here, and we’re already looking forward to hosting another retreat at Vajra Jahra in the future. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a truly special place to host a retreat.

I just got home from the most magical experience at a yoga retreat at Vajra Jahra. From the start, the staff worked so hard to make us feel right at home, attending to all of our needs with the most kind demeanor. The space was stunning - I'll never forget waking up to the sweeping views overlooking the valley and the Diamante Waterfall. The amenities were perfect - the open air yoga studio, the pool, trails, hot tub, etc. Vajra was the perfect backdrop for a week of nature, healing, and centering while at my retreat. Vajra Jahra feels like a second home and I can't wait to return.

Wow. I had a 5 star experience at Vajra Jahra. I went on a yoga retreat and it was a magical oasis of connection, healing and nature. I could go on and on. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the private villas were SO luxurious with the most incredible views, the food was so fresh from the ceviche to the endless tropical fruit in the mornings. I loved the excursions, especially the waterfall hike! We went on a boat ride and saw humpback whales! The cacao ceremony was beautiful, and the yoga classes were great. I had such an unforgettable experience, and have been recommending it to all my friends!

The property itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Diamante Falls right from your villa…something you truly have to see to believe! Vajra Jahra is paradise in the mountains! This place is a sanctuary of relaxation that offers the space to disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself and the energy of this beautiful landscape. The entire property has stunning views of Diamanté Falls, the LARGEST waterfall in all of Central America. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff makes you feel at home and is so accommodating ensuring all of your needs surpass your expectations. Food was fresh and delicious and the entire resort you are immersed in the pure nature Costa Rica has to offer. I still gasp thinking of my view from the villa (pictured below) Will be back here I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this resort!!!

The resort was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming and was able to accommodate any and all requests we made. I just returned from a yoga retreat at Vajra Jahra in Costa Rica, and it was truly a life-changing experience filled with pure release and renewal. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for—Laurent and the entire staff were so patient, attentive, and deeply invested in creating an unforgettable experience for us. We were served nourishing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners each day, and taken on several breathtaking excursions to explore the local beauty. When on site, local healers came to share their gifts, including a powerful massage, cacao ceremony, and sound healing session. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated, allowing me to fully relax, connect, and heal. I left with a renewed spirit and an open heart, and I am already looking forward to returning soon. 🌿✨

Vajra Jahra is pure magic. The property is so well thought out and the views of Diamanté Falls are breathtaking. I stayed in Villa 2 and had the most amazing view of the falls, and woke up to the beautiful sound of the jungle. Laurant and the staff were incredible and the food and juice was always fresh and delicious. I received an outdoor massage (outdoor is optional) by Astra during a rain shower and I didn’t know that kind of bliss was possible. I can’t say enough about this place and the amazing people that keep it in pristine condition. I hope that my journey leads me back to Vajra Jahra someday.

“Amazing place to stay!” I had such a great time staying at these villas. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, and it felt so relaxing the whole time. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always making sure we were okay and had what we needed.
