We’ve worked with VA Central for some time now and continue to be very happy with the service they provide, they’ve consistently delivered an exceptional standard of service. Initially, we used the company to source a virtual admin assistant, and more recently we brought a video editor, Owen, into our team through them. The calibre of candidates they provide is impressive. Each candidate we interviewed via Zoom was well-prepared, professional and clearly vetted to a high standard. Owen, our editor, has been outstanding. He delivers every project on time, follows the brief accurately, and asks the right questions to ensure clarity before proceeding. He remains an important part of our workflow and is consistently reliable, responsive and easy to work with delivering work to a strong standard. Our experience of VA Central itself has also been very positive. The team are organised, approachable and proactive, with regular check-ins to make sure everything is working as it should. They clearly take the time to understand both the business and the type of support required, which makes the whole process feel straightforward rather than overly managed. We would certainly use VA Central again for future administrative projects, specialist support or any areas where remote assistance could work well for the business. For companies looking for a flexible and cost-effective way to access skilled remote support without the usual recruitment hassle, we would be very happy to recommend them.

Throughout my search for a virtual assistant, I’ve spoken with several companies, but none have matched the professionalism and attentiveness that Dwayne offers. What stands out the most is how well he listens to my needs without being pushy. He worked with me to develop a specific package tailored to my requirements, showing genuine interest in helping me find the right fit. I wish I could start using their services now, but I’m looking forward to doing so in the near future.
