Worst vacation ever. No hot water at the hotel in my room. They refused to switch rooms offered to let me shower in another room . Later that day I found a maintenance guy in my room . WTH NOT SAFE OR WORTH IT

I paid for a package. Before paying I gave the dates that I would need it for. I was transferred over to book the dates . I was told I paid for a certain package. I explained what I asked for she stated will transfer me so I can get my money refunded. When the next lady got on the phone she asked if i wanted to extend the time to reserve I told her I didn’t know what she was talking about. I was told I was being transferred to get my refund. She said I was offered to pay more money. I said no wasn’t she stated you were. The call somehow got disconnected. When I tried calling back it kept saying try your call later . Figured I had been blocked . I called from a different number guess what the call went through. This time I asked for a manager or supervisor. Gave my reason then I was told manger was busy talk to customer service. Then the call suddenly got disconnected again .
They can’t keep my money either give me my money back or give me what I paid for.

Don't book anything with them. They refused to give me my deposit back and told me that I had to pay a $175 rebooking fee because I couldn't make the trip due to circumstances beyond my control.
