Easy to book dates I wanted. No surcharge for staying on weekend nights, and ability to upgrade to 1 or 2 bedrooms for an extra charge that is clearly outlined. They are transparent about add-ons and fees and not high pressure salesmen. Karla was super helpful!

O got an offer. I bought it but then on the survey I didn’t pass the terms. Never called me back for refunds. I tried to contact.
I opened a dispute with capital one and then rejected because you informed the refunds policy
No way!
It’s abuse.
