Oh my word, this place is a treasure trove of you are looking for doors and windows. Incredible amount of stock generally in very good condition and great prices. The staff are so lovely and so helpful, helped us load up our van and rearrange everything when I bought another window at the last minute 😂. Would definitely recommend for building projects

Del the fitter is reliable, friendly, and very helpful finding us a used or new door at great prices. Came out Saturday to measure up, and 3 days later front door installed it looks brilliant to say its a used door and had to be altered slightly, this was no problem or issue for Del. I cannot praise this company or Del the fitter enough. Buying used doors you expect imperfections. Hmmmm nothing wrong with my doors just a little dust and clean and WOW. Del the fitter found me these doors always updated me, always advised what would look best. What a find.

Disappointed. I bought a couple of doors and windows a few months ago. Just got around to fitting them and it appears that one of the doors had a gearbox that was too deep for the door. UUWD must have known about this because it would have been obvious at the time of fitting a new lock cylinder when the door didn't shut into the frame unless forced, yet this was not disclosed at the time of sale. Hence I've had to fork out around £50 on a gearbox that actually fits the door.
Bought UPVC door and single window from this company. Great up -to-date website allows you to choose your door / window and they will hold it for 14 days. The lads removed the handles for me and helped load both items into our motorhome garage. Would definitely use them again and can highly recommend.
Have been looking for a upvc front door for weeks then came across this place, although its over an hour to travel from where we live we went yesterday 08/02/25, the guy we dealt with (Lance) was a lovely very helpful man and we soon found the door I was looking for. Very reasonably priced so very happy. 5 stars from me.
This is the second time.we have uses used upvf windows and doors. Would highly recommend them for their quick efficient response, quality of the windows. What I found exceptional is their customer service I have never received such a quick genuine response to an error. No passing the buck dealt with immediately.
