They are comfortable and are not slippery making yoga a memorable experience.
Sudarshan is an amazing yoga instructor who is very well versed with all different types of yoga techniques and who makes yoga enjoyable and benificial.
My father Sunil is there everyday in the 8 am batch and his health has really improved with this yoga.

My experience at this was amazing. I was taught by sudarshan who is a great teacher. yoga mats were really good . I am going back to goa in January so I will rejoin . I am originally from UK.

Fabulous yoga studio , airy, spacious and very clean. Running a variety of classes for all levels from beginners to more experienced. The teachers are fantastic, patient , enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable.
Attending Uurja House has changed our lives since we started from scratch 4 months ago, cannot recommend highly enough.

Uurja House is a peaceful place. Nice teachers, calm vibes, and a mix of old and new styles make it a great spot for yoga. It's a good place for everyone, whether you're new or experienced. I really like it!

Bought my first Uurja mat after being educated of its firm grip, durability and authentic eco friendly cork used as the base material. Have to say it is all of the above and more! It feels, sturdy, supportive during practice and most importantly very natural on the touch! Being a senior yoga coach and having used several mats over the years have to say that I highly recommend this beautiful mat for anyone looking for that perfect option! Also like the fact that it comes with the guidelines for the hands and feet placement during asana practice alongwith a lovely sling for easy carriage. Love my mat!
If you are in South Goa you got to practice yoga at UURJA HOUSE. With the traditional roof tiles, red floors and yellow walls it invokes peace.
Apart from walk in sessions, weekly and monthly packages, they offer the space for self-practice too.
Yoga mats, belts and blocks are provided.
