When we were searching for some help with our newborn in 2023 we came across Bountiful Doulas and am I glad we did. We must have interviewed 10 groups and we settled on a group that included Tiara and McKayla. They're prompt, communicative, courteous, caring, and provided so much education during our time with them that I can never thank them enough! 5 stars isn't really sufficient for how happy We like them so much that we stay in touch with them even though our daughter is now 2 years old and I honestly can't recommend Tiara and McKayla highly enough. If you're in the market for some help caring for your newborn overnight...please contact them.

Daniel, thank you so much for this incredible review and for continuing to keep in touch with us even years after your daughter’s newborn stage. Hearing that our care and support from those first sleepless nights in 2023 has stayed with your family means everything. Families often share how overwhelming those first weeks can feel, and to know that our presence helped bring peace, confidence, and education during that time is exactly why Bountiful Doulas exists.

When parents in places like Bountiful, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Park City begin searching for postpartum support, it can feel daunting. There are so many voices online and in parenting groups, and it’s hard to know who you can trust in your own home with your baby overnight. Your words about our being prompt, communicative, and truly caring reflect what we strive for with every family, professionalism and heart in equal measure. We know that newborn care is not just about feeding or sleep routines, but about nurturing parents as much as babies, and offering education that carries into toddlerhood and beyond.

It’s also meaningful to hear that you interviewed so many groups before choosing us, because it highlights something important for new families in Utah: you deserve to feel 100% comfortable and confident in the team you bring into your home. Whether it’s through overnight doula support in Salt Lake City, daytime recovery care in Bountiful, or simply walking first-time parents through lactation questions, our goal has always been to meet families where they are with compassion and expertise.

To parents who might be reading Daniel’s review while feeling exhausted, anxious, or unsure: you are not alone, and reaching out for postpartum help is not a sign of weakness, it’s a step toward a healthier, more joyful beginning. Many of our families come to us because of little or no paternity leave, military deployments, or being far from relatives. Others simply need trusted overnight newborn care so they can rest and show up as the best version of themselves the next day. Just like Daniel’s family, you may find that the education and routines you build with us continue to serve you years later.

Daniel, thank you again for entrusting us during such a precious chapter of your family’s life. Your daughter is lucky to have such intentional, thoughtful parents, and we’re honored to have been part of your journey. We’ll always be here for your family and for others in the Davis County, Salt Lake, Weber, and Summit County areas who need experienced, certified postpartum doulas.

💜 For parents reading this: if you’re ready to experience the peace of mind that comes from knowing a loving professional is caring for your newborn overnight, we invite you to connect with us today. We’d be honored to help you sleep, recover, and enjoy these first months with more confidence and joy.

Tiara and I have known each other way before she started Utah Postpartum Care. She is one of the sweetest, most heartfelt humans you will ever meet. She is everything calm, peace, and steady (everything you want and need in a doula ). She brings light and love into every room she walks in. She has always been amazing with newborns and little ones, even before she started her business. It's like this is always what she was meant to do! She has an amazing understanding and appreciation for life and cares for each baby like its her own. Can't say enough about this amazing business and the heart of it - wonderful humans doing such good work!

Maria, your words mean so much, and we are deeply grateful for this heartfelt review. Tiara has always carried her gift for nurturing and supporting others long before Bountiful Doulas began, and seeing you recognize that means the world. Families in Bountiful, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and Park City often share how overwhelming the early postpartum days can feel. Having someone calm, steady, and experienced by your side is what brings relief and your description of Tiara being “everything calm, peace, and steady” captures exactly the heart of our mission.

For parents searching phrases like “postpartum help near me,” “night nanny in Salt Lake City,” or “overnight newborn care in Davis County”, the choice can feel confusing. There are many options online, but trust is what matters most. Reviews like yours reassure other parents that Bountiful Doulas isn’t just a service, it’s a team of dedicated women who treat every baby as if they were their own. That’s the foundation of true postpartum doula care: not just showing up for tasks, but bringing light, confidence, and genuine love into a family’s home during a season that is both joyful and exhausting.

We know from years of supporting families across Utah that postpartum care is more than newborn feeding or overnight routines. It’s also emotional support for parents adjusting to life with a baby, practical help that lightens the household load, and professional knowledge that guides families through questions they didn’t even know to ask. When you mention that Tiara was meant for this work, you’re speaking to something many families have felt that having a doula with a calling, not just training, makes the experience transformative.

To anyone reading Maria’s review while considering care: you may be running on little sleep, unsure if you can manage one more night without help, or feeling the pressure of returning to work while your baby is still so little. You don’t have to do it alone. Whether you need overnight postpartum doula support in Salt Lake City, daytime recovery care in Bountiful, or newborn sleep guidance while balancing older siblings in Weber County, our team is here to help. Like Maria said, the heart of this work is light and love, and it’s paired with years of training, certification, and hands-on experience.

Maria, thank you for highlighting the humanity and heart behind what we do. Your words will help new parents who are hesitant to take that first step feel confident in reaching out. We’re so grateful for your trust and for being part of this community that values not just babies’ needs, but the well-being of the entire family.

💜 For families across Davis, Salt Lake, Weber, and Summit Counties: if you’re ready for calm nights, peaceful recovery, and loving support from doulas who care as deeply as you do, we invite you to reach out today. The first weeks and months with your baby can feel overwhelming, but with the right help, they can also be the most joyful.

Tiara and McKayla are amazing and so knowledgeable about all things baby care! They are incredibly helpful when learning to navigate the complexities that come with juggling a new baby. From making meals, changing diapers, cleaning the house, etc. Cannot recommend their services enough.

Giselle, thank you so much for your thoughtful words and for sharing your experience with Tiara and McKayla. Reviews like yours capture exactly what so many new parents are searching for when they type in phrases like “newborn care support near me” or “postpartum help Salt Lake City”, reassurance that there are trusted professionals who understand the full scope of what families need after bringing a baby home.

The early weeks with a newborn can feel like an emotional rollercoaster: constant feedings, little to no sleep, and trying to balance recovery, meals, and the daily routines of your home. It’s overwhelming, especially for parents without local family support in Bountiful, Ogden, or Salt Lake City. When you describe Tiara and McKayla as “amazing and knowledgeable about all things baby care,” you’re pointing to one of the most valuable aspects of postpartum doula care: it’s not just newborn expertise, it’s full-family support. From helping with feedings and diapering to preparing meals and keeping the home running, the relief our doulas bring allows parents to focus on rest, bonding, and recovery.

Your experience highlights an important truth: postpartum care is not a luxury. It’s essential. Parents often don’t realize how much help they’ll need until they’re in the thick of sleepless nights and exhaustion. Whether it’s an overnight doula in Salt Lake City, daytime support in Bountiful, or meal prep and household help while recovering in Weber or Davis County, our mission is to bring calm, knowledgeable, and compassionate care right into the home.

One of the most common reasons families reach out is the exact situation you described, feeling stretched thin while juggling a newborn and household responsibilities. Our doulas step in to ease that burden. Simple tasks like folding laundry, cleaning bottles, or preparing a healthy dinner may feel impossible in the moment, but having support makes the difference between constant overwhelm and a household that feels manageable again.

To any parent reading your review and wondering if postpartum support is worth it: think of it this way: investing in your family’s rest, recovery, and peace of mind sets the tone for your baby’s first weeks and months. Families across Bountiful, Salt Lake City, Park City, and Ogden tell us again and again that the relief they feel after even one shift is life-changing.

Giselle, we are so grateful you took the time to leave this review and for highlighting how comprehensive doula care truly is. Your words will help new parents understand that this work goes far beyond baby care, it’s about creating balance, reducing stress, and giving families the tools and space to thrive.

💜 For parents in Davis, Weber, Salt Lake, and Summit Counties: if you’re running on empty, wondering how you’ll manage one more night without rest, or simply want reassurance that your home and baby are cared for while you recover, please know help is available. Our team is here to provide the exact kind of support Giselle describes. Call us now for a free consultation!

McKayla and Tiara are AMAZING. They stepped in when my baby was 3 weeks old and my husband deployed, and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. I trust them completely. They’re not only great with my baby, but they go above and beyond—answering questions, helping me adjust, and taking care of things without being asked. Plus, they’re just fun to be around!

McKayla and Tiara’s amazing postpartum doula care gave me gave me the opportunity to bond with and enjoy my newborn! Honestly I can’t think of anything better, I feel profoundly blessed. They were there the night we brought our daughter home, meaning they were basically on call for an undetermined amount of time during the window of my due date. Then they not only gave me the rest I needed to recover, but also very kindly offered super helpful tips and advice to improve our nursery and make baby more comfortable (which we really needed!) They also helped with light housework that seemed insurmountable while learning all the ins and outs of parenting. They proactively took care of things while I slept; dishes, laundry, tidying, and the occasional more difficult task which was always a welcome (and generous!) bonus. Not only was the night care super helpful but they also had great resources and connections for services. I’m particularly grateful for their help finding amazing lactation consultant when bub was having trouble nursing. So nice to be be directed somewhere trustworthy (and covered by insurance!) during a time of uncertainty. On top of all that, they’re also just lovely humans whose company I enjoyed and whose presence I welcomed in my home. From much-needed grownup chatting, to postpartum recovery checkins and advice, to mini mommy therapy/venting sessions, they felt like part of the family. I cannot recommend Bountiful Doulas highly enough. Newborns are difficult, and having knowing, caring, and capable support makes a world of difference. For the rest of my life I will recommend friends and families set up a doula fund for expecting mothers. Baby goods come and go but the gift of bonding with your newborn is forever. As I said, I feel incredibly blessed and will always look back at that time fondly.

It was wonderful to have a kind, well trained professional helping us through some of the hardest nights. Waking up refreshed, to a happy, well fed baby AND a clean kitchen that looked put together again!! Absolutely worth every $, Bountifuldoulas is amazing!

These amazing ladies are just the best! We are first time parents and they heled us so much. They taught us... -How to put our son to sleep without him waking up when we put him in his bassinet. -How to keep my milk supply up. -Helped get him to latch (BF is not easy for everyone so if you're struggling you aren't alone) -How to swaddle -How to know baby ques to get him to sleep. -How to watch for the que for him to dream feed and go back to sleep easily. -Answered all the questions we had -Helped us with tasks around the house so we could rest. -We could sleep comfortable at night knowing they were taking care of our son and he was in good hands. -They helped us understand what to look for in postpartum. Women aren't the only ones who go through it. The best part was the friendships we built together. When they left we felt so much more comfortable being first time parents. Our son is 3 months old and we miss them dearly and will forever be grateful.

Couldn't recommend the team at Bountiful Doulas more! They are professional, reliable, above and beyond helpful, and kind. But most importantly, they were amazing with our son! Every night that is a doula night we get so excited and feel a lot of relief. Our dedicated team was made up of Jorie, Taylor, Rachelle, and Calie who were each amazing (and I get the sense that you can't go wrong no matter who you work with). I know for our next baby we'll work with Bountiful Doulas again!

I met McKayla and Tiara through Facebook, and immediately knew I needed them. I had a great labor support team, but the real hardships (recovery, postpartum depression/anxiety, sleep deprivation) always hit once we went home to real life. Our schedule synced best with Tiara, so she was who came in after, although I still keep in touch with both her and McKayla. Tiara saved us on so many levels. I was so hesitant to have someone not family around my kids, but Tiara immediately felt like family. It felt like I had 4 arms with her around. She would sit on the floor and play with my older kids. She would take the baby and put him right to sleep so I could spend one on one time with my older kids, and snuggle them at bedtime. Tiara would even managed all 4 kids (not an ease feat with neurodiversity kids) while my husband worked late. She would make sure I ate a hot meal, showered, and/or napped. She would even pick up kids rooms when she was playing with them, or do dishes while I rocked and soaked in the newborn stage of my last baby. It's been almost a year, and my kids still talk about Tiara, and how much they love her. I highly recommend Tiara and McKayla, and their services. It is one investment that will change your postpartum experience for the better.

I had the chance to work with McKayla and Tiara during my postpartum recovery. The first two months or so had been extremely tough for new parents like us, and McKayla and Tiara covered a lot of nights for us, so that my husband and I could get enough rest. I have always been so relieved and relaxed when they were here, and trusted that our daughter was taken great care of. She was very gassy and fussy back then, but those ladies were extremely caring and patient with her. And those nights were so quiet and peaceful, which was extremely important for us. Every time I woke up with them covering the night shift, the room was well-organized and clean. But more importantly, McKayla and Tiara are very knowledgeable and supportive. It truly takes a village to raise a child, and my husband and I have learned so much from them on all kinds of techniques for infant care, and as a first-time mother, I feel very comfortable sharing all my joys and frustrations throughout the postpartum process. They gave great advice and provided me with tremendous mental support through the most challenging time. For that, I am forever grateful. I would 100% recommend McKayla and Tiara to any family that needs a helping hand postpartum.
