So nobody is answering the phones? Been on hold for 47 minutes trying to confirm an appointment for my daughter today. Never got a text on times and definitely was not notified if it was canceled. This will be 4 times our appointment was moved to a different day or time without my knowledge.
And won’t let me leave a message.
Had LASIK about a month ago and I loved The Utah Eye Center in Ogden! The staff were helpful and kind. EVERYTHING about the process was so clear. They reviewed everything with me verbally, and provided written notes I referred to multiple times during recovery. It outlined what to expect and what to do. They were available for any questions and I felt care was included any time I might need it.
The only part I didn't love was not knowing what time the procedure would happen until a day or two before. Making arrangements for my kids last minute was a little tricky, but I was grateful they were able to work with my regular eye doctor in Logan so I didn't have to make multiple trips to Ogden.
I love this place, been going here for my glasses for 10+ years. However whomever I’ve been dealing with on the phone the last two times is “sweet” but terrible at customer service and it’s super frustrating. I called last week to start a warranty claim on my son’s glasses I emailed them the things they asked for and she said she’d follow up with me and never did. Called back today and same person and she had no idea. I feel like she doesn’t know what she’s doing or what I’m talking about and instead of putting me through to someone else I have to just wait and hope things are on order. My son has been without glasses for going on three weeks now.
