I have been married to Sonia for 47 years, Sonia is a Reiki Master/ Teacher and finally after 21 years, I myself have become a 1st year student. It is brilliant, it's calming and relaxing and I thoroughly enjoy doing my self treatment daily.

I was given the treatment as a gift and hadn't got round to booking an appointment until I had a bad cold that dragged on and strangely after the treatment I felt really good. The sensations were very unusual during the treatment, it felt like getting into a hot bath and the heat of the hot water and the cold of my body meeting and causing goosebumps to travel all over many times, a very pleasant sensation and experience, that much so I will book again!
I had my first reiki treatment today and it was wonderful. Very comfortable,calming and relaxed throughout. I was a little sceptical at the beginning of the session until I could almost feel my body shifting the pain. Along with other wonderful sensations throughout my body. After my session i felt warm, very centered and my surroundings felt very clear as soon as I woke. I am looking forward to my second treatment with Sonia. Thank you
