I originally applied for a death certificate through Dallas, Texas records, but my request was denied because the death was registered in Winnsboro, Wood County. I wasn’t sure what to do next or where I needed to apply, which made the process much more confusing than I expected. The steps have been clear, I’ve been able to provide the required information without any problems, and I finally feel like I’m moving in the right direction after my previous request was denied. I had some trouble figuring out where to request the death certificate because I initially started the process through the wrong county in Florida. After realizing the record was held in Broward County, I decided to use this service instead. The whole process was much simpler than I expected. The instructions were easy to follow, submitting the information didn’t take long, and I appreciated knowing what was happening at each step. I’ve now received the death certificate and everything was correct. After the confusion I had at the beginning, it was a relief to finally get the document without any further issues.
