Stephanie went far above everyday business to secure a specific tile dye lot. She had to navigate outside normal business activity and pioneer a new operation to secure this needed tile. Bravo!!!

Our floors look beautiful after they removed all of the carpet and replaced it with new wood paneling throughout the house and stone panels in the kitchen. There was a small hiccup in the material order, but Kelvin made everything work. They did a top notch job all around!

The installation crew was professional doing a spectacular job. They even took before pictures to be able to put things back where they belonged. We purchased our flooring through Cody Westover of USA Flooring in Wilmington, NC. Cody was more than helpful. He is thorough, pays attention to detail, and is a good communicator. The flooring and installation costs were very reasonable. We had a turnkey job as Cody handled everything from start to finish which made it easy for us. The installers were in and out in one day and did a beautiful job. We are very satisfied with the finished product and the quality of the flooring. Measuring and purchasing the flooring went smoothly however the delivery was a mess. I paid extra and they were supposed to send two people to carry all the flooring into the second floor of my house. They only sent one person so I spent an hour and a half helping the driver carry in an entire load of flooring for the entire second floor of my house. They did refund the extra delivery fee but that was of little consequence to me at that point.
