Unfortunately, rooms are not very comfortable. Although clean, there are lots of windows without shutters or blackout curtains and there is a lot of light coming in even at nighttime because of the highway lights. There is no way to turn the heating on and duvets are very thin and insufficient even for the nice weather. It didn’t bother us but if you’re a light sleeper, beware of appliances as they make a constant noise that can be disturbing Lastly, there is nothing around. Even to get a coffee you’ll need to walk at least 15’.

Many of our guests also particularly appreciate the location directly at the Danube Canal, which offers pleasant walking and cycling paths along the water.

☺ Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Appartement direkt an der Donau mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, recht ruhig gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Parken kann man direkt in Parkhaus um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und man findet alles, was man braucht.

☺ Прекрасний апартотель на березі Дунайського каналу. Поряд станція метро і прогулянкова зона. Недалеко від центру. Поряд велика парковка за розумні гроші. Номер гарно оснащений всім необхідним, чистий, теплий. Зручна комунікація з власником онлайн. Детальні інструкції з заселення були надані на електронну пошту до дня прибуття.

My stay at URBI was excellent. The apartment was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everything felt modern and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day in the city.
One of the biggest advantages is the location it’s perfectly situated near public transport stations, which makes getting around Vienna fast and effortless.
Overall, URBI offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna and would happily stay here again.

☺ Smestaj je prostran, moderan, udoban i ima sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Miran je, iako neki komentarisu buku, nisam je osetila. Lokacija je ok, nista spektakularno, metro je blizu, lep je koncept…ja sam cak pesice isla od centra i odlicna je setnja.
☹ Jeste malo nezgodno snaci se oko pronalazenja samih apartmana ali je interesantna potera! Izmenili smo thank you for staying with us…u thank you for finding us :D
Savet je da ipak napravite neku recepciju sa covekom koji ce tacno navoditi ljude na sve sto je potrebno! No, neumanjuje komfor koji nudi smestaj (barem apartman 302)
