I rented a BMW 430i and a Mercedes CL 200 from Uptown Rent a Car. I really fall short of words to praise their team for their superb services and prompt and helpful attitude. I would simply give them infinite 🌟 stars of praise. Mr. Ali was my coordinator and he was so helpful, nice and prompt that I really could not even expect that any one could be so good. I extended my car rentals thrice, handled by Ali very smoothly. He was always responsive and helpful be it a weekend or past midnight, this person was always there. Any requests i made he always facilitated. Thank you Ali.
Today on the last day Mr. Shibli from the team came to my hotel received the Mercedes very nicely, waited for me at the car park and dropped me all the way to airport to facilitate my travel.
Really i feel that this is the best car rental company in the world. I travel extensively for work and rent cars worldwide but the quality of services from Uptown car rental is unmatched globally.

Scammers blame the war 5 months on!
Terrible service overall - Avoid, I hired the new shape escalade and they brought me the old shape and said it was the only car left, I had to take my family on a road trip that day so couldn't cancel as we had to leave. But I was not happy with the car being the wrong one and the condition of the car, it was banged and scuffed, passengers window didn't work and interior was tired. It was NOT the car they advertised . Worse than that they have kept my deposit for NO reason other than they don't want to pay it back. It is now 5 months later and these scammers are now saying because of the conflict in the middle east they can not release the refund and it will need to be another week. I have been told this over and over again- Avoid this company for ALL your car rentals now. Liars and terrible service. Wrong car - keeps your deposit , I also returned the vehicle in the exact same condition it was hired in just to re iterate there is no reason to keep the deposit, They have not even apologised for incorrect vehicle , no offer to set that right or anything. I will hire my next vehicle from one of the more prestigious outlets next time.
