Have used the UPACK Relocubes now two times after doing an initial move from FL to NJ and then used them again from NJ to FL and on both occasions the process went seamlessly! Everyone from the drivers to the customer service representatives are always so sweet and informative! One person who stood out to me on this move was the representative at the Florida Service Center named Judith, she was absolutely incredible! I was needing to put the cubes in storage and she helped me facilitate that process along with making sure my pods were delivered at the exact date I needed them! She was always very personable and let me know I could call her with any questions at any time! My friend had used the POD system to move recently and the company ended up loosing all of her belongings but with UPACK I feel like I can fully trust them to get the job done perfectly everytime!!!

Awesome service. Half price of "Pods". On time. Very careful of items transported. ReloCubes were alot larger than expected. They hold ALOT of items. Friendly drivers. Moved from Wisconsin to Florida. Highly recommend.

Used U-Pack to move a piece of small business equipment from Tampa FL to Austin. I explored traditional movers, quote-finder websites, U-Haul (flying to FL then driving it to AUS myself), and shipping, and U-Pack was the best solution and decision. I chose them for their great reviews, and every touch with the company lived up to others' positive experiences. I believe they contract with ABF for the freight piece, and that was also friendly and seamless. Highly recommend.

U-Pack was super easy to deal with from booking to being done moving. We were not certain if a trailer would be able to get to our driveway. We talked to a gentleman and he assured us it wouldn't be a problem. When the driver arrived it wasn't even a concern. All the drivers we talked too were very friendly (drop off, pickup, delivery drop off). If you aren't sure how much room you need, get a U-Pack trailer and pay for what you use. It was reassuring knowing the max amount we would be charged if we used the full trailer, and the amount they estimated by the size of our house.

U-Pack saved my life! I was trying to transport a large heavy disassembled item from Florida to California at a reasonable cost. The first place I almost went with was a U-Haul box, but they're made of wood and have a strict limit of 2000lb, which my item would've gone over. Every other place I called wanted to charge double what U-Pack ended up charging me. They even added some discounts. Very kind and approachable customer service line. The entire process couldn't have gone smoother!

Highly recommend! Professional and dependable from the first call. Absolutely no issues. They dropped the trailer the day they said they would. Picked back up when scheduled. The rate was exactly as quoted. I used less space than reserved, and they deducted what they said they would. The trailer arrived at destination a week earlier than it was supposed to, so they worked with me as I wasn't in the area until the original projected date. Moving is very stressful (especially cross country), so it was comforting to work with an honest company that didn't require any disputes. They offer great rates as well. I checked many different options to move and this was the most economical choice. My previous move through a different moving company was a nightmare and nothing was as quoted, so I truly appreciated working with U-Pack!

I selected U-Pack for my move because it provided the most flexibility for my small move. My move consisted of boxes and a few odd sized items (two bikes and two oversized mirrors), so a cube storage provided the right fit for my needs, The drop off, pickup, transport, and final delivery/pickup of the cube from Rochester, MN to Ormond Beach, Fl were flawless- they were on time and adjusted to your schedule requests. My cube was delivered in 6 of the 8 days estimated. I definitely recommend U-Pack if you needed the flexibility to pack your own items for a long distance move. Plus, the staff were very friendly and professional, and returned calls (or made you aware of cube delivery) promptly!
