Abu is reliable and professional! We had a deck with spiral stairs installed in our backyard, once the city got the permits figured out, the work began. There was so much to do and Abu stayed on top it of it all. He communicated any issues and all progress to us while things were happening, there was never a time we felt in the dark about what was going on. I'd love to work with Abu again if our property ever needed something else done.

I scheduled an estimate because our gutter was spewing rain right at our back door, causing water to seep into the house. When Abu arrived for the estimate he immediately identified the problem and fixed it right on the spot, free of charge. Now that's kindness and professionalism! We did roofing for my Brooklyn house last year. It was leaking crazily. after the roofing it has stopped completely. Although Abu gave me a 5-year warranty, I waited a bit to see if everything was done right, and there is not a single drop of water. I am super satisfied. Abu and his guys were very professional as well, and the price was very reasonable since it also comes with a warranty. I would highly recommend United Roofing and Waterproofing.

Used these guys for a previous job few years prior.. still holding great no leaks. They were very responsive and sent me photos of every step while they were installing. Greatly appreciate it. Hired them for a new job , they explained the pros and cons of doing the work and gave a few options. Communicated very well the goals and the timeline as well as price. So far, they kept their word on all aspects. Highly recommend them for roofing job.
