Needed some old, blown horrid front windows replaced. I had used Unique Windows previously on recommendation and was impressed impressed with thier service (I have used other local window companies) so called them again for a quote.
Joe came around at the earliet of convenience. I was quite particular about what I wanted and Joe put a lot of thought into the design. All questions were answered and changes carried out where needed. The software the company uses was the decider for me. The digital images really helped see my vision. Much better and than other quotes where the windows were just a basic drawn design. This software really is a must if you have a certain vision and design.
Communication was instant and clear, from pricing, deposits required and installation dates.
Installation - Matt and Clint, AMAZING. Punctual, polite, hardworking and ever so grateful for a cup of tea and cake. They were very tidy and respectful of a dog.

The men doing the work were really polite, tidy and quick replacing the windows. They listened and answered to anything I needed to understand. If I need anymore windows I will definitely use unique Windows again.

The installation was very simple and the boys were extremely helpful, polite and very tidy. I couldn’t be happier with our brand new doors, they’ve completely transformed the space. Replacement Roof Lantern
I cannot speak too highly of this company. The service from initial contact to completion was first class. The work was completed to a high standard by competent engineers who arrived on time, and left clearing all rubbish and ensuring we were happy with the completed job - which we were. I've had 6 windows and a back door installed.
Dean and Freddie were incredibly respectful and kind. They worked tirelessly and completed my new window installation in the time allocated which was one week. I was very impressed with the little repair I've needed to do post work. Literally just touching up paintwork around the windows.
My house feels warm now .

First floor window replacement (6 windows in total, two bay windows)
Everything about the experience with Unique Windows was excellent. Very easy at every stage to communicate with. Both from an admin perspective (responsive and clear) and when on site measuring etc. Clear quotations and then delivery and installation was easy, efficient and considerate (one of the bedrooms was for our baby who needed to nap in the day so they made changes to the order of works). Everyone was lovely to work with . I would highly recommend.
