Zach and his team are incredible! This day and age, it’s hard to find someone who will simply do the job right. Zach not only does it right, but is exceptional! He and his team went above and beyond my high expectations - even to the point where they rolled my trash can out to the road on garbage day! His team is professional and very skilled in their work!! I wish I would have found him 15 years ago! Can’t recommend him enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Zach and his team. This was our first renovation, and we really didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do. Zach came out and gave us a detailed quote that allowed us to choose what renovations we wanted to do now and what we wanted to save for later. He gave us a detailed list of local contacts that made it easy for us to get all the materials we needed. Once we had them ordered, his team picked everything up and had our project completed within a week. The communication from him and his team throughout the process was great and there were no surprises when we received our final invoice. Our bedroom and bathroom look great, and we will definitely be using Unique Renovations for future projects!

Unique Renovations provided excellent workmanship and were very responsive to our remodeling project. Employees were professional and prompt during the course of the project. The worksite was kept clean and orderly while construction was ongoing. Jonathan, the site manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with during the course of the renovation. Zach and the guys fid a wonderful job. We had used a different company a few years ago and they did such a terrible job that we were very gun shy. But Unique Renovations did not disappoint. Chad was the main guy that came out and did most of the work and he was very good, anytime something didn’t work right or we changed something he did a great job figuring it out and making it happen. I’m glad I found them and will be using them again for other projects.

Unique Renovations did a great job in renovating our master bathroom and replacing the ceramic tile in our kitchen, laundry, pantry and half bath. They cleaned up the debris every day after they finished working. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Zach and his team were great to work with from the initial quote to completion. Zach was quick to respond on providing an estimate of the work. Once they stated, Chad and Joe did great work, cleaned up each day and checked with us to confirm things were as requested. Thr electrician and plumber subcontractors they brought in were very good also. I would definitely recommend and use again.
