The items you mentioned, such as glass and frame cleaning, and addressing any caulking residue or marks are absolutely part of the final walkthrough standards we expect from our installation teams. Based on your description, it sounds like the finishing details did not meet the level of quality we strive for, and for that we sincerely apologize.

We are also disappointed to hear about the delay in scheduling a follow-up after your email. Communication and timely service are extremely important to us, and waiting three weeks for a response is not the experience we want our customers to have. Your feedback is being shared with our management and service teams so we can review what happened and ensure we improve both our response time and our final job completion process.
