My experience here was extremely unpleasant. The staff came across as rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The prices were far higher than expected, and at several points I felt misled by the way the costs and services were explained. The whole situation left me with the impression that customer care is not a priority here. I left dissatisfied and frustrated, and I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
Yet again an amazing experience at uktyres Mill Hill. David yet again providing me with the knowledge and helped with the direction on next steps to take with my tyres including giving me quotes and taking time out of his day to make sure I got best value for money.
This man needs a pay rise🙌🏼

I hardly ever write reviews. This place is something else. The friendliest service I’ve ever experienced. They really want to help and I have been there twice suspecting faulty tires and both times I left with my tyres fully checked and not charged and sent me on my way. Unheard of. When I have been and needed new tyres the prices are soooo competitive and super reasonable. I’ve never been anywhere else. Incredible services. The guys are amazing there. Thank you!!
