Fabulous service from UK Stoves rang on 3rd November spoke to Lorraine because we needed a new grate for our wood burning stove. Lorraine found the right grate for our stove & it arrived promptly on 5th November. First class professional service from Lorraine wouldn't hesitate to order from UK Stoves again.

Service was great on the phone. Our model was found and the parts needed identified. All arrived promptly within 24 hours of each other. Glass now fitted and all working superbly. Couldn't ask for a better service, thank you.

Finding spare parts for wood stoves isn’t easy. However U.K. Stoves tucked away in Salcey Forrest (Northants) came up with the right parts and I received by post them only two days after placing the order. Very impressed!
