Having my online identity verification fail using the GOV.UK One site, and after several hours waiting on the phone to try to sort it out (unsuccessfully) I had to use an APSC. After several attempts to validate my identity using the government website with frustration, I turned to UKPA and within 24 hours, my identity was validate using their service as a registered ACSP . Honestly , I have enjoyed a seamless service using them.
