We required the services of an ACSP to carry out identity verification for Companies House as GOV.UK One login wasn't an option. Frustrated by our local ACSP's unwillingness or inability to assist I looked for an online ACSP on Google and selected UK Property Accountants. I've been very impressed with their prompt and diligent response to each of my queries and delighted with how quick and easy they made the entire process; from our initial email exchanges, uploading documents, payment and Teams call. Having my online identity verification fail using the GOV.UK One site, and after several hours waiting on the phone to try to sort it out (unsuccessfully) I had to use an APSC. I found UK Property Accountants from a Google search and have been delighted with how quick and easy they made the process from my initial call to them, uploading documents, payment and Teams call, then receiving my personal code from Companies House.
