I cannot recommend UKMC highly enough. From the outset, they were incredibly easy to deal with – professional, responsive, and genuinely proactive at every stage of the process. Ok they arranged a deal for me, but that was all they did. No help at all after that, even gave wrong advice that ended up delaying my remortgage (and I started the remortgage 6 months before needed deliberately to make sure it all completed on time) and costing me fees with both my original mortgage Advisor and Help2Buy. They went quiet for months at a time, didnt help at all other than identifying a deal, which i could have done just as quick online. Really not recommending this company, avoid if my experience is anything like normal for them
Hannah has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and was always honest about the options available.
When things weren’t straightforward, she worked hard to find the right solution and kept me fully informed at every stage. I never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear she genuinely had my best interests in mind.
I’d happily recommend Hannah to anyone looking for clear, professional, and supportive advice.

This process was made soooo easy by Luke and Erin at UKMC!
