Always felt as though I needed an excuse to speak to Ray fox and the team. Where from start to end Ray made this journey for me so smooth that I will always be thank ful and recommend you 110%. I was anxious confused and had so many questions when I first came to UKMC, you answered all and always treated me so well. You was there from start to the last minute of my remortgage completions. You helped me made the right choices for me, not just with my mortgage but for my future, my WILL , My life insurance, all came and I have been so fortunate to have you and the whole team. Not to forget, Jenny, Hannah and chorlotte all have been super stars. I have had my completion today and in the coming day all other things will be in place too, all thanks to you all. I highly recommend speak your mind, your heart and what you want as a customer, you will always feel like your speaking to a very special friend and well wisher when speaking to anyone in UKMC as they make is very personal experience for you, they have your best interest and don’t ever hesitate to just ask if your unsure. The UK mortgage centre has been part of my journey for almost 2 years. I contacted them when I first started considering buying and they talked me through the whole process and helped me work out what price range I should be looking at. When I was 100% ready to buy, almost 1 year later, I was put in contact with a lovely lady called Eri. She was so resourceful the entire time, let alone patient. I had a lot of complications with receiving a mortgage offer due to the nature of my job, but Eri kept me informed the whole time. Also want to mention Erin, who helped later down the line when the situation became a bit more complicated. Can’t thank this team enough, I literally couldn’t have done it without them.
