My broker at UKMC was brilliant, made the morgage process effortless and easy throughout. With me being a first time buyer I knew nothing about what I needed and how to get it. Will, my broker got everything together while making it simple for me to understand as well as giving great advice and contacts on the other supports I’d need in place. Will was always available after working hours for help and support and that’s a massive part of what made this process easy and stress free, highly recommend!

Happy with friendly and efficient service

I came to UKMC after struggling to communicate with banks about my future mortgage; all I ever got was chat bots that couldn’t understand what I was asking. Then I found UKMC, I was contacted promptly after my initial enquiry and I dealt with the same people most of the time, they answered all of my questions which as a first time buyer was so important and something I couldn’t get from the banks. I cannot thank Dom, Laura and Jenny enough for helping me through every stage of this process. I couldn’t have done it without you and I cant recommend the UKMC enough.

We contacted the uk mortgage centre for help with a new mortgage for house move. We dealt with Eri Nani and right from the start she was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and talked us through lots of options, never with any pressure. Once we chose an option she was always available to help and answer questions. She made the process really easy and honestly I don’t think we would have got the live through without her.

Their communication was clear, and they provided helpful support throughout the process. Despite some challenges, the mortgage company’s responsiveness and willingness to assist made a big difference. Will fox has been nothing but fantastic from start to finish! the best thing I ever did was go with him and the company! The most anxious time for me is remortgaging my home, will put me at ease completely, keeping me up to date with each part of the process. Just want to say a huge thankyou to UKMC - in particular Will! He’s been great with myself and Ciaran at managing the first time buyers process. His help has really made this part of it all easy to navigate and letting us ask all the stupid questions and ensuring that we had as much of an easy ride through this all.
