I couldn’t recommend the UK Mortgage Centre highly enough. They were absolutely brilliant in helping me secure a buy-to-let mortgage and made what could have been a complicated and stressful process feel straightforward from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to Will, who was fantastic throughout. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and always on hand to answer questions, explain things clearly and keep everything moving. His professionalism and attention to detail really made a difference.
That said, it wasn’t just Will — the whole team were excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for me.
The communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Securing a buy-to-let mortgage can be a bit of a minefield, but the UK Mortgage Centre took a lot of the hassle out of it.

Eri Nani was amazing. She sorted out my 2 mortgages as well as insurances. Very quickly. Also what i really admired, was her dedication to explain things in an educational way and giving me tips and advice. She always made herself available to me.
I have had brokers in the past, but Eri made the whole process really friendly and easy and I will only go to her from now on

We have used UKMC 2 previous times, and yet again UKMC have allowed to realise our dreams. Moving to the Lake District and we are able to go even more financially stable... Kelly, Jenny, Dom, Ray, Amy - and Sam for this wonderful group of people and for this GREAT company. I cannot write one SINGLE things not positive :)
Sam and his team found us a mortgage we didn’t think was possible then followed it conscientiously all the way to the formal offer. Would highly recommend!
I would highly recommend using the UKMC when buying a house. For a relatively small fee, it makes the whole process of buying a house as stress free as possible. The team is lovely, have a wealth of experience and were always on hand if I needed them.
Very good service from UK Mortgage Centre, correspondence is very timely, and the information provided is very thorough. If your a first time buyer and need guidance for that first house to take the nerves down, you're in good hands.

He made the whole process completely effortless from start to finish and got our cover set up right on time for our move date. Top-class service and great communication throughout. Always felt as though I needed an excuse to speak to Ray fox and the team. Where from start to end Ray made this journey for me so smooth that I will always be thank ful and recommend you 110%. I was anxious confused and had so many questions when I first came to UKMC, you answered all and always treated me so well. You was there from start to the last minute of my remortgage completions. You helped me made the right choices for me, not just with my mortgage but for my future, my WILL , My life insurance, all came and I have been so fortunate to have you and the whole team. Not to forget, Jenny, Hannah and chorlotte all have been super stars. I have had my completion today and in the coming day all other things will be in place too, all thanks to you all. I have had the most amazing experience geting support from ERI NANI, she is so knowledgeable I have recommended her to anyone I know. She had the world of knowledge. She doesn’t just answer questions but takes it very personal when it comes to taking those steps to make decisions for customers, she has been so helpful, gave me full and I mean full details in everything. Utterly exceptional customer service. We’ve renewed our mortgage and swapped mortgage with them and both times the team made the process easy, laid everything out simply and gently pushed us when required. Will & Erin are an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I won’t ever stop recommending them!

Excellent service from the whole team at UKMC, this is my fourth experience with them and every time has been brilliant. My cases were handled professionally and promptly from beginning to end with expert advice. I cannot recommend this family run business enough.
