Calm in the chaos! We had the most drawn-out experience to complete our property purchase due to it being a little of a less than straight-forward sale, but Will & co at UK Mortgage Centre helped us (me mainly) to stay calm. Will was down-to-earth, explained the whole process(which we had very little understanding of as first-time buyers) and was happy to help and advise wherever we needed. Very happy to recommend to anyone considering them, and have already told friends that are considering buying a property in the future that they cannot go wrong with these guys. Will at UKMC is the best broker I have dealt with - I’ve done 3 company applications since last Autumn and have another 3 in the pipeline. In 2027 and 2028 I’ll have a number of refinances and new applications which I’ll definitely be using Will and the team at UKMC for. He is easy to work with and quick to action things, answers to emails and messages out of hours, always works hard on finding me the absolute best deal and is generally a top bloke. Highly recommend Will and the team at UKMC!

UKMC were recommended to me, by a businesses colleague.I own a number of B2L properties in Manchester which I have been trying to remortgage for two years with out success due to ESW1 regulation Sam took on the task, and with in Two weeks I had offers from a high street lender on all the properties, I have been amazed at the professionalism and the unbelievable level of service I have had from Sam, Erin and the whole team at UKMC, they a family owned company and I have been treated like family During the whole application procedure to completion. As a former estate agent I have never experienced this level of service. I now entrust all my financial deals only with Sam and his team.
