As a first time buyer who knows absolutely nothing, Luke went through everything in so much detail, talked me through every step and what it meant and kept me in the loop every step. From the moment we reached out, he took a proactive approach — answering every question, guiding us on steps to take, and finding the best options for our specific circumstances. Communication has been outstanding. Chris has always been available by phone and email, and replies have been impressively fast. He even let us know in advance when he had days off for training so we were never left wondering about delays. On the few occasions he wasn’t available, Erin stepped in seamlessly and kept everything moving forward — also very helpful and professional. We’ve now received our mortgage offer from Coventry, and it’s the perfect moment to say thank you. Both Chris and Erin made the process clear, stress-free and efficient. As they are an independent organisation, they were able to search the whole market for the best deal rather than being tied to one lender — a major advantage. We couldn't have been more impressed with the customer service which we received from the mortgage advisor who dealt with our affairs, Chris Roberts. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly and we were so impressed with his customer service skills. He explained our options to us in a very clear manner and he answered any questions we had in a clear and understandable way. We left our first consultation feeling like we had been treated well and that Chris was fantastic at his job. He dealt with our affairs in a very efficient way and was able to offer us a number of great remortgage options. We would recommend the UK Mortgage Centre to anyone.
