We couldn't have been more impressed with the customer service which we received from the mortgage advisor who dealt with our affairs, Chris Roberts. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly and we were so impressed with his customer service skills. He explained our options to us in a very clear manner and he answered any questions we had in a clear and understandable way. We left our first consultation feeling like we had been treated well and that Chris was fantastic at his job. He dealt with our affairs in a very efficient way and was able to offer us a number of great remortgage options. We would recommend the UK Mortgage Centre to anyone. We were so impressed with the service it offered.

Hannah has been assisting me in trying to reduce my Life Insurance premiums. She is lovely by nature, very patient and understanding, has gone above and beyond and nothing has been too much trouble. She's very good at what she does, reliable and a great communicator, and I am grateful for all of the time and effort she has put in to help me. Highly recommend.

Eri has been extremely helpful during the purchase of my property, covering the mortgage and life insurance. I haven't had to worry about any of that aspect. The communication has been excellent throughout and I had frequent updates through the process, with an application for a reduced mortgage rate when the base rates dropped, which was a nice bonus.

At the end of my tether I was introduced to Sam from UKMC. Previous advisors had failed to find me any deals worth looking at and I was feeling most despondent. Destined to continue paying waaaay too much for my mortgage. It took a bit of juggling, but in a matter of a few weeks Sam found me a deal and helped secure it with a lender who would never have looked at me previously. We went through Hannah at UK Mortgage Centre to secure our Life Insurance. With some underlying health conditions, we'd been led to believe we wouldn't be able to get life insurance and after a few disastrous attempts were ready to give up. Hannah was incredibly knowledgable and from the start she was confident she could get a policy in place for us. She persevered while our GPs took their time getting documentation back but we eventually got a policy sorted as well as Family Income Policy which we hadn't previously considered. The peace of mind from having our finances in order, should the worst happen, is amazing and we're so grateful to Hannah for all her help and guidance through the process.
