I had a truly wonderful experience at UCSI Hospital. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sakhtiswaran, who calmly reassured me, explained everything clearly and made sure the entire process was smooth and comfortable. His kindness really helped ease my fears.
A BIG BIG thank you to Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham, he is truly the best. His skill is exceptional and indeed he has magical hands. Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he still takes time to attend to his patients, listen attentively, provide comfort and show genuine care. He made sure I was doing well every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with how my thyroid surgery went and my collar incision was beautifully and professionally done by Tan Sri.
My appreciation also goes to Shamini, who assisted me with such efficiency, patience and warmth throughout my journey.
A HUGE thank you to Dr. Peggy, whose positive energy immediately eased my nervousness. I was very scared before the surgery, but her reassuring presence helped me calm down so much.
Thank you as well to Dr. Sharmini for her attentive care and kindness.
And a special thank you to all the nurses, who took such gentle, attentive and patient care of me throughout my stay. Their warmth and dedication truly made a big difference in my recovery.

My first impression was bad so we did not proceed any further. Only 2 dissatisfaction.
1. Receptionist was more concerned about her personal life which I do not deny her rights to do so. Management made her work on the day she is supposed to be on leave. So I would only blame the management
2. Hospital rules to NOT allow parents to be with child when they put line or the drips injection in layman term. We have been to KPJ many a times and they let parents to be together for moral support. Unfortunately, here they did a pretty bad job detecting the nerve. Personal opinion, no matter technology usage such as the light to find the nerve, human touch is crucial for knowing the best nerve. Here, humanly touch is ignored and dependency on tech is high - I condone that.
We were out of there in no time to ensure the health of daughter is a priority

Im really unsatisfied service with the cafeteria counter girl.i just ordered boiled eggs around 10.27am.. im waiting has been almost 30 minutes.. she’s not prepared anything for us..she’s give priority to their favourite person who works at the same hospital and chatting with them for a long time.when I questioned her she behaved very rude and returned her own money to us and ask us to out from cafeteria..really disappointed. As a patient im really feel bad with her behaviour.
