I can honestly not say enough great things about Dr. Richardson and the whole team at Texas facial aesthetics. I had a facelift, neck lift and endoscopic brow lift and I am so glad I chose Dr. Richardson. The experience was exceptional from the very beginning. When calling to schedule the consultation; the front desk coordinator was so kind and when I showed up for the consultation; I was so impressed with the whole teams’ kindness and care. During my consultation with Dr. Richardson; I immediately felt calm talking to him about the procedures, and I knew he would be my plastic surgeon. He is so professional, honest, caring and so humble. He took time to explain what procedures we could do and it was totally up to me how little or how much I wanted to do. It was truly a very informative consultation without any pressure to commit to the surgery. Once I decided to proceed with the surgery; Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist called me the night before to talk to me and go over things which I appreciated so much. It instantly calmed my anxiety. On the day of surgery, both Dr. Lee and Dr. Richardson came to talk to me prior to the surgery and the sweetest medical assistant Sam was helping me prepare for the surgery! When the surgery was over; I was sent home with clear follow up instructions and the reassurance that I could call the office with any questions at any time. Whenever I did have a question; one of the nurses promptly called me back. Dr. Richardson also does multiple follow up appointments to make sure everything is going well. I am 6 weeks post op and I could not have asked for better results and I truly believe Dr. Richardson is an exceptional plastic surgeon and artist. I am so impressed with the whole office that this is going to be my place for all my self care needs from now on! Thank you, Dr. Richardson and your fantastic team!

Solved my "marionette lines" when nothing else worked.

They didn't just offer filler; they presented a full plan involving a tiny bit of laser skin tightening and a very strategic hyaluronic acid filler. The results are unbelievable. It's not that I look "done"—I just look like me, but 8-10 years ago. The technique was masterful, with zero bruising. It’s been 6 months and the results are holding perfectly. Worth every penny for the expertise.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cain for over four years and truly appreciate both him and this facility. However, today I want to highlight Renaida, their Aesthetic Technician. Over the past few years, I noticed spots appearing on my face and always wanted to address them—but I hesitated after reading horror stories about laser treatments on brown skin.
From my very first consultation, Renaida made me feel completely comfortable. She never pressured me to buy products or services, unlike many other places. Recently, I decided to try a Halo Laser peel. The recovery was challenging, and I questioned my decision more than once, but now—seven days later—my skin looks like I’m in my twenties again.

I had keloids removed from both ears, and Dr. Cain did an absolutely amazing job. I am so grateful I found Texas Facial Aesthetics. After visiting multiple facilities prior to this one, many of them told me there was nothing they could do without cutting off part of my ear. Dr. Cain took the time to really listen, and he gave me hope when I felt like I was out of options.

I had a mole shaved off right above my upper lip and was very pleased and impressed with how easy the process was with Dr. Cain. The appointment to remove it only took a few minutes, and the nurse was very friendly and informative about the aftercare process. I had no problems during the healing and have great results!
